BarionQuant Macd Histogram 4 Color

BarionQuant MACD Color Lite displays a custom four-color MACD histogram that makes momentum shifts easy to read at a glance. DIF and DEF lines are included; divergence detection is reserved for the paid Divergence Pro edition.

HOW IT WORKS

• DIF = Fast EMA(12) minus Slow EMA(26)

• DEF = Smoothed signal line of DIF

• Energy = (DIF − DEF) × 2, split into four histogram colors:

  • Above zero, lengthening → red (momentum building)

  • Above zero, shortening → aqua (momentum fading)

  • Below zero, lengthening → green (downside building)

  • Below zero, shortening → gold (downside fading)
