I´m not sure how someone can configure the setting parameter. There are 5 different Systems, 1-5, but you don´t know which strategy is which? For example, System 3 and System 4 have exactly the same parameters to set, but how do you know which settings do what in which scenario? Is this random? Is this for backtesting? Then it´s a typical sign of overfitting the EA... I miss an overview of Systems 1-5; what does the name "System" mean? What strategy is behind? I guess this is an important question to understand which settings and risks you can set under which conditions ... When this is really a secret of the author, you trade blind, without any concept.

Backtesting your EA revealed a critical issue: the stop-loss function for Systems 1–10 is broken (a severe defect). In both rounds of backtest logs, market order entries for Systems 1–10 consistently showed the following: System 1: Attempting SELL 0.01 lots, SL=0.00000, TP=0.00000 failed modify #4 sell 0.01 XAUUSDc sl: 0.000, tp: 0.000 -> sl: 0.000, tp: 0.000 [Invalid stops] ← Repeated on every candlestick • Every position opened by Systems 1–10 was "naked" (lacking any stop-loss protection); the EA attempted to set SL/TP but failed every time (due to "Invalid stops")—a pattern repeated thousands of times over a 19-month period. • Even after changing `SL_Mode` from 1/2 to 0 (fixed stop-loss) and disabling all swing stop-loss settings, the results remained identical. This proves that these parameters are completely ineffective in this compiled `.ex5` version, as the stop-loss calculation consistently returns 0. • Only System 11 (DB Double Breakout) functioned correctly: when placing pending orders at 01:15 daily, it correctly included SL/TP values ​​(e.g., sl: 2646.149, tp: 2664.489). Conclusion: In the specific build of `XAU Master EA.ex5` you provided, the "protective stop-loss" function for Systems 1–10 is broken—which directly contradicts the product description stating that "every trade has a protective stop-loss." The +24.57% return achieved in this backtest occurred while trading without stop-loss protection; therefore, it cannot serve as a valid basis for live trading (as losses would be uncapped during extreme market volatility). Please prioritize fixing this error and provide me with the corrected version.

I conducted the aforementioned tests using an MQL5 AI, and the results from running it on a live Exness MQL5 Cent account were also poor.

Good Ea helped me pass a prop firm of 15k last year, great developer support but not consistent

Ich nutze den EA seit ca. 4 Monaten. In der Zeit hat sich die Investition bereits 10x ausgezahlt. Ich stelle das Risiko meist 1-2 Stufen unter dem empfohlenem Level ein.

EA clearly has an edge. Unfortunately the Drawdown was a bit too much to survive prop trading over the last months. But as you can see now the EA does very well in trending markets. Solid strategies used in this EA and I like the multiple strategies used. No EA in the world can be profitable all the time, every month. This EA flies when gold is trending but the draw down was a bit too much for me during March and May, even with the recommended lot size. I will certainly use the EA on a private account and maybe a prop account again with a very low lot size. Thanks for putting so much energy in to developing the EA. Also, I would like to add that I ran a good portion before the update in March.

i have rent the XAU Master for a month but why no open position for so long?

I have been running the bot on a demo account for four months now and have had a positive experience with it. Since then, the EA has generated a 60% profit for me. I will be switching to a live account soon.

I’ve been running XAU Master EA (Connector, version 1.81) for several months now, and unfortunately the performance has been consistently disappointing. The system has been losing money over the past months, and it’s far from what I expected when purchasing it.

Hi Bransislav, XAU Master is working great for me. can you please add "Daily Profit limit" same as you have daily draw down? this will help me securing daily small profit. example if Profit limit reach to $ or % EA stop for the rest of the day. this change will make your EA the best ever!!! thanks again for your hard work and support.

I use this EA with 4 live accounts across 4 different brokers. There were times (especially at the beginning of 2026) when it was frustrating because it was mainly generating losses. In the meantime, all 4 accounts have recovered very well and are showing gains of up to 800% in some cases. It depends heavily on the broker and the account balance. I use the first 10 systems and apply a manual lot setting (0.01 lot per USD 1000). Important: let the EA do its job. I forced myself not to intervene, even when I thought I was smarter than the EA. For me, it works well, and by now it has become an EA I trust. I hope it stays that way.

I´ve tried with different settings from both the author and other users in both demo and live account. This EA is a money haemorrhage. Stay away from it.

The new version of the backtesting has very low returns and the parameters are not clear. Could you optimize it?
