### How to Use

4. Use the tabs to navigate through the functions.

6. In your terminal, go to `Tools > Options > Expert Advisors`.
7. Check the box `Allow WebRequest for the following URLs:`.
8. Click the `+` icon and add the following address: `https://api.telegram.org`
