MULTI-LAYER ADAPTIVE SIGNAL ARCHITECTURE
AURION's core engine implements a five-stage signal processing pipeline inspired by multi-layer perceptron concepts, where raw market data passes through successive transformation and filtering stages before producing a trading decision.
Stage 1 — Adaptive Feature Extraction
Six parallel indicator sets, each containing four adaptive components at different speeds (fast, medium, slow, very slow), extract 24 independent features from price action. Each component uses fractal-adaptive smoothing that automatically adjusts its responsiveness — accelerating during trends and decelerating during consolidation. The system computes first-order derivatives (momentum), second-order derivatives (acceleration), inter-set divergence metrics (cross-correlation), and fan-width measurements (trend strength) for every component on every bar.
Stage 2 — Dynamic Weight Normalization
Raw features pass through a non-linear weight transformation layer using hyperbolic tangent (tanh) activation. Four dynamic factors — momentum, fan width, cross-set divergence, and acceleration — modulate the contribution of each data point in real-time. This ensures the system automatically emphasizes the most relevant information for current market conditions, similar to attention mechanisms in modern neural architectures.
Stage 3 — Pattern Recognition & Signal Generation
The weighted feature matrix is evaluated against five distinct structural pattern templates for each direction (LONG/SHORT). Each template captures a different type of trend initiation signature — from early momentum divergence to full multi-set alignment. A signal fires only when a complete pattern match is detected across multiple indicator sets simultaneously.
Stage 4 — Confidence Scoring & Quality Gate
Every generated signal receives a continuous confidence score (0.0 – 1.0) computed from three weighted components:
- Signal-specific strength (50%) — how far beyond minimum thresholds the pattern conditions are met
- Weighted cross-set support (20%) — primary sets weighted at 70%, confirmatory sets at 30%
- Directional consensus with slow component agreement (30%) — broad system alignment including trend-following confirmation
Signals below the configurable quality threshold are automatically rejected.
Stage 5 — Adaptive Consensus Filter
A final validation layer counts weighted directional agreement across all 24 components. Fast components carry weight 1.0, medium 0.8, slow 0.6, very slow 0.4 — producing a nuanced consensus score that rewards broad confirmation while prioritizing responsive components. Decision thresholds adapt dynamically based on overall system state, raising entry requirements when the market is extended and relaxing them when conditions are fresh.
The complete pipeline executes on every bar, producing either a high-confidence directional signal or no signal at all. There is no middle ground — AURION trades with conviction or waits.
SIGNAL-BASED TRADE MANAGEMENT
By default, AURION operates without fixed Stop Loss and Take Profit. Positions are managed through opposing signals — a BUY closes when a SELL signal appears, and vice versa.
This approach allows the system to ride strong trends to their natural conclusion without premature exits caused by arbitrary pip targets.
For traders who prefer defined risk boundaries, manual SL/TP values can be configured.
POSITION SIZING
Two modes available:
Balance Progression — lot size scales automatically with account balance. The trader defines a balance step (e.g., 500 USD). The system divides current balance by this step to determine position size. Smaller step = faster growth, larger step = more conservative.
Fixed Lot — constant lot size defined manually (e.g., 0.01, 0.05, 0.10).
NO HIGH-RISK METHODS
AURION does not use Martingale, grid trading, loss averaging, recovery strategies, or position stacking. Each trade is based solely on current multi-layer signal analysis and quality assessment.
