Indice di Decomposizione del Volume (VDI)

Il VDI è un indicatore proprietario di analisi del volume, sviluppato per identificare la forza e la direzione del movimento del prezzo basandosi sulla decomposizione del volume in attività di acquisto e vendita.

L’indicatore visualizza il rapporto tra acquisti e vendite proiettando i dati di prezzo delle candele sul loro volume, permettendo al trader di ottenere una visione più completa della dinamica di mercato — ovvero quanto volume è stato generato da acquirenti e quanto da venditori.

I calcoli si basano su tutte le informazioni disponibili della borsa, rendendo l’indicatore analiticamente completo e capace di fornire una valutazione approfondita delle tendenze di mercato.

La conoscenza dei volumi di trading è un fattore chiave per comprendere i movimenti dei prezzi sul mercato. Questo indicatore ti fornisce esattamente queste informazioni.

Caratteristiche principali

  • Unico parametro regolabile — period (predefinito = 18), che determina su quante barre vengono calcolati i volumi di acquisto e vendita.

  • Formula della linea principale:
    Volume positivo / Volume negativo,
    che permette di valutare se predomina l’attività di acquisto o di vendita nel periodo selezionato.

  • Impostazione flessibile del periodo:
    Adattamento libero del periodo di sommatoria secondo la strategia dell’utente.

  • Livello orizzontale di riferimento a 1.0:
    Punto di equilibrio neutro tra compratori e venditori.

  • Compatibile con tutti i timeframe e strumenti di trading.

Come interpretare

  • Valore > 1.0 — pressione al rialzo predominante (segnale rialzista)

  • Valore < 1.0 — pressione al ribasso predominante (segnale ribassista)

  • Valore ≈ 1.0 — zona neutra, equilibrio tra forze di acquisto e vendita
