From what I can see, the tester is opening very large lots (33–66 lots) even though your Inputs show MaxLot ~0.19. This should not happen in normal conditions, so it indicates a Strategy Tester calculation / symbol specification mismatch or wrong EA build/settings loaded.

Please do the following to backtest correctly:

1. Strategy Tester → Settings
   ✅ UNTICK: “profit in pips for faster calculations”
   (This option can distort metals (XAUUSD) tick value/money calculation and create abnormal lot sizing.)

2. Confirm you are testing the correct EA + correct setfile

• Same EA version/build as the setfile

• Load setfile again, then check Inputs stayed the same

3. Test with safe limits first

• Use Fixed lot = 0.01 for the first test

• Set MaxLot = 0.20 (or lower)

• Keep any martingale/recovery OFF for debugging

4. Check symbol specifications
   Right-click XAUUSD → Specification and confirm contract size / tick value (IC Markets can vary by server).

After this, please upload a screenshot of Experts/Journal messages from the test (it usually shows the exact reason for lot calculation or why trades stop). I will reply here with the final fix. ✅
