Pipetatic – M15 Moving Average Trend Expert Advisor
Pipetatic is a fully automated trend-following Expert Advisor designed for the M15 timeframe. It combines classic moving-average trend detection with robust ATR-based risk management, break-even, trailing stop, and daily loss protection.
Strategy Logic
- Uses a Fast MA (default 20) and Slow MA (default 50) – both EMA by default.
- Opens a Buy when the Fast MA is above the Slow MA and price closes above the Slow MA.
- Opens a Sell when the Fast MA is below the Slow MA and price closes below the Slow MA.
- Signals are evaluated only on the close of a completed M15 candle (no repainting).
Risk & Money Management
- ATR-based Stop Loss (default multiplier 2.0)
- Take Profit calculated from Risk:Reward ratio (default 1.5)
- Optional fixed lot size or risk-percentage position sizing
- Maximum number of simultaneous positions
- Maximum allowed spread filter
- Daily loss limit (default 3% of balance)
Trade Management
- Break-even – moves stop loss to entry + small offset when price reaches a defined R-multiple
- ATR Trailing Stop – activates after a defined profit level and follows price using current ATR
- Magic number isolation so the EA only manages its own trades
Suitable for both beginners and experienced traders who prefer clear logic and full control over risk parameters.
