Try to deposit the necessary funds into your MQL5 account first and then select the MQL5 way of payment during checkout.

Fundamentals:

• How does customer service support you?

• Are there demo accounts?
• Are there additional offers, such as VPS (at what price)?
• Could there be a problem with your tax authority if you trade via a specific broker from another country?

If, however, you believe you have been treated unfairly and adversely by your broker, you can try the following:

• Contact your broker's support with your well-documented complaint and explain why this shouldn't have happened.
• Contact the broker's stated dispute resolution and state your case (well documented).
• Contact, well documented, the regulatory authority indicated by the broker.
• Try to file a complaint with the police at the broker's location,
• Try to file a complaint with the police at your place of residence,
• Hire a lawyer.

3. Withdrawing funds

Warning: there are several conditions that may prevent you from withdrawing funds.

Problem	Solution
No money earned on the account	Start earning money using MQL5.community services
Withdrawals are allowed a maximum of once every 24 hours	Wait a day and try to withdraw
No verified user status	Follow a simple procedure andregister as a seller
Financial transactions blocked	Contact theService Centre to resolve the situation

Withdrawal from the account is only possible within the limits of the amount you havewon.

Funds entered via payment systems can only bespent; reverse withdrawals are not permitted. In the event of an incorrect entry of funds, you should contact theService Centre to resolve the situation.

Regardless of the payment system, to start the procedure for withdrawing funds from your MQL5.community account, you need to do the following:

1. Log in to MQL5.community, open your profile and go to the "Payments" section.

2. From the menu in this section, select "Withdraw from account".

3. Next, you need to select a payment system for withdrawal.

It should be remembered that when withdrawing funds via a payment system,a commission is charged!

There is also a quick way to withdraw funds from any page of the MQL5.community website. To do this, move the mouse cursor over your profile in the top right-hand corner and select "Withdraw from account".
