This is no good for most people as you need 3k for a bank transfer and webmoney is not accepted in some countries.  Cards cannot be withdrawn to. Any earner funds are just locked for me until I get 3k.  This is absurd as in this age there are a million ways to get paid but in MQL5 its like they are 20 years in the past

Seems over for US Sellers.  All my products, money locked up and data here over the years.  How to deal with something like this?

Use Visa / MasterCard which is enabled for international transaction and withdraw using UnLimint, formerly called CardPay

If you get error like "Bank cards payment system has rejected the withdrawal operation. Please contact the bank that issued your card for details." This means your bank rejected the payment due to their antifraud system. This is not an issue with MQL but its issue with your bank rejecting payment, Notify your bank to lift this restriction or try again after 24 hours. If you keep getting same message, it means you need to try another card which works. If payment is successful and not credited to your bank, Kindly contact service desk in this case to get RRN Number which you can show to bank for further investigation.

I know and I did. You cant withdraw to a debit card

Its untrue. I just withdrawn yesterday to debit card.

VISA and Mastercard do not rely on countries or are local card operators. That is main requirement to transact. Country is not an issue as I faced the same issue. You may try another bank card or use prepaid card, debit card or credit card. I was having same issue as yours and problem was with bank.

I did all of what you have said. CC don't take deposits in form of withdraws, none do that. You don't know if country is an issue either

does your Bank allow you to manage your cards online ? 

In Europe we have settings for allowing online transactions and such , maybe its off in yours ?
