As you can see that will be rather difficult

In the time when it crosses the line, there will be a lot of counter alerts, when it seems as if the price retreats and it is not, and it will raise a lot of alerts that are going to be false alerts

As I already told : that indicator repaints. Using alerts on repainting indicators is extremely dangerous. Much, much better not to do that
