📊 XAUUSD Daily Breakout Analysis — 7 Sep 2026
Continuing from 4 Sep's update — gold had cleared $4,456 and pushed to $4,478.76. That breakout ran out of steam: price topped near $4,511, rolled over, and fell back through the $4,424–$4,456 zone. It's now sitting at $4,389.15, right back inside the $4,300–$4,395 support zone.

Price: $4,389.15 | Timeframe: H4

Key Levels
🔴 Resistance: $4,700 — high was $4,689.28, capped the 24–25 Aug rally
🟡 Resistance: $4,565–$4,630 — broken pivot shelf, still well overhead
🟡 Resistance: $4,424–$4,456 — rejected the 4–5 Sep breakout attempt near $4,511
🟢 Support: $4,300–$4,395 — being tested again, low print $4,365.10

Setup
This is the third time in under two weeks that gold has round-tripped between the $4,300–$4,395 floor and the $4,424–$4,456 ceiling without a decisive break either way. That kind of repeated failure at the same two boundaries usually means the range needs a real catalyst to resolve — until then, fading the edges has been the story, not chasing a breakout.
