I attached the expert to the chart. There are no deals in three days. Have I installed everything correctly?
Some automated trading systems only select the best entry conditions, so such breaks without trading are normal. All our products document in detail all their actions and errors in the message log (logs).
To verify that the installation is correct, follow these steps:
- Make sure that your trading conditions are suitable for the expert Advisor. To do this, run tests in the strategy tester for an interval of more than a year. The test result must be positive and be similar to the results in the system description.
- Run the test on the time interval that you are interested in( there is not a single transaction In three days ). The test result must match the actual work.
- Most of the products have demo signals. Compare your results with the signal performance. Sometimes there may be discrepancies due to different quotes and conditions from brokers.
- Clear the logs and attach the expert Advisor to the chart.
Give the expert Advisor permission to trade and allow automatic trading in the terminal. A green smiley face should appear on the expert's graphical panel.
In order for the product developer to help you, always attach the received expert logs to your question.

To delete comments on orders and positions, create a global variable in the terminal EA_Comments and set the value for it -1.
