  • starting talks with EU on technical cooperation as first step to restoring relations

On the Russian economy:

  • inflation 4.5% achievable
  • approves central bank policy on rouble
  • wants GDP of +4% pa
  • Russia continues to liberalise business climate
  • expects central and govt to keep macroeconomic climate
  • important to make labour market more flexible

On the world:

  • Sees the world completely transformed by the mid-2020s
