StructureLens - Smart Money Concepts for MT5: Market Structure, Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, Liquidity
StructureLens draws the market structure the way Smart Money traders read it, on any symbol and timeframe. Everything is calculated on closed candles: once a label is drawn it never changes.
Market structure
- Swing points HH, HL, LH and LL. A swing is confirmed only after "Swing length" candles on each side (default 10), so it never repaints.
- BOS (break of structure, solid line) when price closes beyond the last swing in the direction of the trend.
- CHoCH (change of character, dashed line) when price closes beyond the last swing against the trend: the first sign of a reversal.
- Current structure (bullish / bearish) and the last break shown in the panel.
Fair value gaps
- Three-candle imbalances where price moved too fast. Minimum size in ATR to ignore tiny gaps.
- Removed automatically when price fills them, so only open gaps stay on the chart.
Order blocks
- The last opposite candle before the move that broke structure: where the big orders were placed.
- Shown as "tested" after price comes back into them, removed when a candle closes through them.
Liquidity
- Equal highs and equal lows (EQH / EQL): stops resting above or below, a typical target.
- Liquidity sweeps marked with "x": the wick goes through a swing and the candle closes back inside.
Premium and discount
- The current swing range split into premium (upper 25%), equilibrium (50%) and discount (lower 25%).
- The panel shows where price is in the range in %: buy in discount, sell in premium.
Multi-timeframe dashboard
- Structure of M15, H1, H4 and D1 at a glance.
Alerts
- Popup, push notification and e-mail on BOS / CHoCH, new fair value gaps, order block retests and liquidity sweeps. Each type can be switched on or off.
Panel
- One click to show or hide every layer (swings, BOS/CHoCH, FVG, order blocks, liquidity, premium/discount), alerts on/off, minimize button.
- Light and dark theme follow the chart background; high-resolution screens supported. Your choices are saved for each chart.
How to use it
1. Read the structure: bullish = look for buys, bearish = look for sells.
2. Wait for price to come back into a discount zone (for buys) or premium zone (for sells), ideally into an order block or an open fair value gap.
3. A liquidity sweep or a CHoCH on a lower timeframe is a common entry trigger.
4. Use the multi-timeframe dashboard to trade in the direction of the higher timeframe.
