Structure M5 Gold
Market structure and automated position management for gold in MetaTrader 5.
Developed for XAUUSD on M5 with an H1 filter. The EA evaluates market structure, applies entry rules and manages positions with stop-loss and exit logic. It can add to profitable positions. Intended for hedging accounts; netting has not been validated.
Main settings
- Risk-based sizing: 0.5% input; maximum volume: 0.50 lots.
- Entry and position-management controls.
- Daily-loss limit, account-drawdown limit, daily-trade cap, losing-streak pause and spread filter: effectively disabled by default.
- Friday closing and hidden-stop mode: disabled.
- Stop-level validation: enabled; invalid entry requests are skipped before sending.
Version 4.25 has 395 inputs. Changing settings changes the tested configuration. The risk input does not guarantee a maximum realised loss. Gaps, slippage and broker execution can increase losses. Time-based settings depend on broker server time.

No universal minimum deposit has been established. Smaller accounts, different leverage and other brokers are not validated by the test below. Keep the terminal connected for entry and management logic. Recovery after a simulated memory reset was tested; a live terminal-process restart remains unverified.
Historical test — not live trading
Version 4.25: XAUUSD M5, 14 May–11 September 2026, every tick based on real ticks, initial deposit USD 100,000, leverage 1:100. Trades: 1,415. Net profit: USD 34,820.44. Profit factor: 1.20. Recovery factor: 2.34.
This is an in-sample backtest: the data used to select settings includes the evaluation period. The balance chart does not show floating equity drawdown. There is no verified real-money record for this release. Earlier demo observations are not conclusively attributed to this executable. Historical results are not a forecast or guarantee. Losses are possible.

About the screenshots
Images 4–7 show the tester setup, selected input parameters and results of a repeat run using the same version 4.25 and saved G425_FIX configuration. The setup was restored from the saved preset. The reported summary metrics matched the original run. Execution delay was set to zero (ideal execution). These are historical tests, not live trading. Total Trades: 1,415; Total Deals: 2,830.
