Quick maintenance release following V1.5:

  • CSV Builder popup — close button (X) now works correctly. In V1.5 the popup background was capturing clicks before they reached the X button; now fully responsive.
  • Trailing stop validation refined — removed an internal safety buffer that, in rare cases, prevented legitimate trailing updates at the broker's minimum stop distance.
  • Strategy Tester compatibility — improved session detection so trailing always executes correctly in backtest environments.

Trading behavior and backtest results are identical to V1.5 (verified: same Net Profit, same trade count, same win rate). This is a purely defensive update — recommended for all V1.5 users.

Now you can backtest XAU AutoTrader with the news filter actually active — something the standard MT5 Strategy Tester normally cannot do (the built-in economic calendar is unavailable in tester mode).

A built-in CSV News Builder is included directly in the dashboard:

  • Editable date range with quick presets (1Y / 2Y / 3Y / 5Y / 10Y)
  • Filter by HIGH and/or MEDIUM impact news

How It Works

The EA scans multiple timeframes to identify key support and resistance levels. It then places pending orders (Buy Stop / Sell Stop) to enter automatically when price breaks a level. Stop Loss and Take Profit are calculated as percentages — adapting to market volatility.
