Overview
MPX-SMC6 is a Smart Money Concepts Expert Advisor for Gold (XAUUSD) on the H1 timeframe. It identifies institutional trading patterns by detecting Liquidity Sweeps followed by a Break of Structure (BOS), then enters at the Order Block — the last opposing candle before the impulsive move. Entries are placed as BuyLimit or SellLimit pending orders, allowing precise execution at the institutional price zone.
The EA opens a maximum of 1 setup at a time (position or pending order), with a built-in Breakeven system and automatic expiry of unfilled orders.

How It Works
Entry Logic — 3-Step SMC Setup
- Liquidity Sweep: price sweeps beyond the recent swing high or low (last N bars), taking out stop losses
- Break of Structure (BOS): price closes back beyond the previous candle's high/low, confirming reversal intent
- Order Block Entry: BuyLimit or SellLimit placed at the last opposing candle before the impulsive move — the institutional Order Block zone
Trade Management
- Pending orders expire automatically after Max_Pending_Bars candles if not triggered
- Breakeven system moves SL to entry + offset once price reaches BE_Trigger_RR × SL distance in profit
- Maximum 1 active setup (position or pending order) at any time
Position Sizing
- Lot size calculated automatically based on % risk per trade
- SL placed beyond the Order Block with a configurable buffer

Recommended Usage
- Default parameters are optimized for XAUUSD H1 and can be used as-is
- RR_Ratio of 6.5 means the EA wins less often but captures large institutional moves
- Lookback_Bars controls how far back to scan for swing highs/lows — increase for major structure, decrease for more frequent setups
- While optimized for XAUUSD, this EA can be applied to other symbols and timeframes with parameter re-optimization
Important Notes
- MPX-SMC6 is an SMC/Price Action EA — it performs best in markets with clear institutional activity and defined swing structures
