VRD Quant EA Capital Calculator MT5
- Utilitários
- Versão: 1.31
- Ativações: 10
VRD Quant estimates how much capital and what lot size each EA on your MT5 account needs, from that EA's own drawdown history.
What it does for you
- Go beyond a single drawdown figure: 2,000 bootstrap resamples of the EA's closed trades give a 95th-percentile drawdown.
- Get a suggested operating capital (p95 drawdown divided by the 20% warn band) and a fixed lot (the smallest lot observed).
- See expectancy and p95 drawdown on each EA's Passport card, from 10 closed trades upward.
- Repeatable results: each EA's resampling is seeded from its magic number, so the same history gives the same answer.
- Read-only: Quant contains no order code and never opens, changes or closes trades. You set lots and capital yourself.
Actively developed, with frequent updates. Version 1.31 fixed the free RAM reading, added sample VPS and tick values to sample-data mode, and made the panel background solid by default with a new opacity input.
Good to know
- Per-EA results panel, manual trades in their own group, and the terminal health scorecard.
- No WebRequest and no DLL. Interface in 7 languages, automatic dark or light theme, panel zoom and opacity inputs.
- Optional local JSON snapshot, off by default.
- In the Strategy Tester it shows a labelled sample-data panel. A one-month rental is available.
How to start
- Attach VRD Quant to any chart on the account the EA trades.
- Select an EA with at least 10 closed trades.
- Read the suggested capital, lot, p95 drawdown and expectancy on its Passport card.
Resampled estimates are hypothetical and do not indicate future results. Live drawdown can exceed any estimate. VRD Quant is an analysis tool and does not guarantee any outcome. Trading forex and CFDs carries a high risk of loss.
