I remember one trade where I entered perfectly. Timing was sharp, risk was small, and price moved into profit almost immediately. Old me would’ve started watching every candle, moving stops, trying to “protect” the trade. But this time, I did something different… I walked away from the screen.
I made coffee, came back later, and the trade had already reached target. Clean. Simple. No stress. That day taught me something most traders never realize: sometimes the best thing you can do after entering a good trade… is leave it alone.
Since then, I stopped trying to control every movement. Because the market doesn’t need your constant attention to work. Most of the time, the more you interfere, the worse the outcome becomes. Patience isn’t passive in trading — it’s a skill.
