Every move in the market follows a pattern: Accumulation → Manipulation → Distribution. This is known as the Power of Three, and it explains how institutions build positions, trap traders, and then push price in the real direction.
First, the market consolidates (accumulation). Then comes the fake move (manipulation) to grab liquidity. Finally, the real move happens (distribution), where price expands strongly.
