Why do liquidity pools around equal highs and equal lows consistently attract price, and how can you use this behavior to predict where the market is going before it actually moves?
Most traders believe price moves randomly between support and resistance, but in reality, price is constantly being drawn toward areas where liquidity is concentrated. Equal highs and equal lows are one of the clearest examples of this because they represent clusters of stop losses and pending orders placed by retail traders. These zones act like magnets for price, not because they are strong levels, but because they contain the fuel institutions need to execute large positions. When price approaches these areas, it is not testing them for rejection in the way most traders assume; it is targeting them with the intention of triggering those stops and unlocking liquidity. This is why you often see price break these levels aggressively, even when they previously acted as strong support or resistance.
The real edge comes from shifting your perspective from reacting to levels to anticipating where liquidity is resting and how price will reach it. Instead of treating equal highs or lows as entry points, you begin to see them as targets that price is likely to attack before making its true move. Once that liquidity is taken, the behavior of price becomes the key signal—whether it continues or reverses reveals the underlying intent. By identifying these pools in advance and waiting for the sweep and reaction, you position yourself ahead of the move rather than chasing it, turning what most traders see as confirmation into a predictable and repeatable setup aligned with institutional behavior.

Daily Bias — Your Direction First
Before taking any trade, you need one thing clear: direction. Daily bias tells you whether the market is more likely to move up or down based on higher timeframe structure, liquidity, and recent price behavior.
Most traders lose because they trade against the bigger picture. When you align with daily bias, you stop fighting the market and start flowing with it. Every entry becomes easier because you’re trading in sync with the dominant move.
No bias = random trades.
Clear bias = controlled execution.

Power of Three — The Market Cycle
Every move in the market follows a pattern: Accumulation → Manipulation → Distribution. This is known as the Power of Three, and it explains how institutions build positions, trap traders, and then push price in the real direction.
First, the market consolidates (accumulation). Then comes the fake move (manipulation) to grab liquidity. Finally, the real move happens (distribution), where price expands strongly.
If you understand this cycle, you stop reacting randomly and start seeing the market as a structured process — not chaos.
