CFTC R Dashboard は、CFTC が毎週発表する建玉明細報告（Commitments of Traders、COT）を MetaTrader 5 のチャートに表示します。任意のチャートに適用するだけで、対応する市場を見つけ、CFTC の公式データをダウンロードし、4年分のポジションを1つのパネルに表示します。CSV ファイル不要、コピー＆ペースト不要、API キー不要。これはユーティリティです。取引の発注・変更・決済は一切行いません。

毎週金曜日に新しいレポートが出ます（火曜日時点のポジション）。ダッシュボードが自動で取得します。

表示される内容

- 大口投機筋（ファンド）：買い、売り、ネット、週間の変化（バー付き）

- 当業者（ヘッジャー）：買いと売り

- RANK：現在のネットを過去4年と比較（0% = 最も売り越し、100% = 最も買い越し）

- CONV：買い方と売り方のどちらが優勢か、-10 から +10

- N%OI と OI：ネットが建玉に占める割合と、建玉の増減

- 週間変化が異常に大きい時、また RANK が3週以上極端な水準にある時に枠を表示

- 通貨ペアの両側：EURUSD ではユーロと米ドル指数を表示

アドバイザー：検証を通ったルールは1つだけ

COT の「反転シグナル」の多くは、1986年から2026年の CFTC データによる検証で失敗しました。合格したルールは1つだけなので、アドバイザーはそのルールのみを表示します：

- QUIET：特に言うことなし（約4週に3週）

- NO FUEL：投機筋が片側のポジションを手仕舞い、平均以上の新規資金がそれを補っていない状態。この値動きはトレーダーの撤退であり、新たな参加ではないため、逆方向に傾けます。

主要通貨では、NO FUEL は平均で2週間後 +0.14%、4週間後 +0.18%、履歴の前半・後半の両方と7通貨すべてでプラスでした。小さな傾きであり、売買システムではありません。マウスを重ねると実績を確認できます。
