UseCompoundLots = true で複利計算ON。
RiskPercent% だけ口座残高（または有効証拠金）を1ポジションでリスクに晒す。

参照資金 = AccountEquity() あるいは AccountBalance()
リスク許容額 = 参照資金 × (RiskPercent / 100)
1pipsあたりの損益（1ロット）を推定（TickValue / TickSize × 1pips換算）。
