Opening one chart is easy.
Reviewing twenty or thirty symbols is different.
When many instruments are visible in Market Watch, the first problem is often not how to enter a trade.
The first problem is deciding which charts deserve closer attention.
Opening every symbol one by one takes time. Looking only at familiar pairs may also cause other market conditions to be overlooked.
NINJA Market Radar MT5 was created for this stage of the workflow.
It is a read-only, multi-symbol utility that scans the symbols currently visible in Market Watch, compares their present market context and ranks them as candidates for further chart review.
It does not decide which symbol you should trade.
It helps answer a narrower question:
Which charts may be worth reviewing next?
What NINJA Market Radar MT5 Does
NINJA Market Radar MT5 scans only the symbols currently visible in Market Watch.
The default scan limit is 30 symbols, and the configurable maximum is 60 symbols.
Its default analysis timeframes are:
-
M15
-
H1
-
H4
The utility combines information from those timeframes into a transparent Market Context Score from 0 to 100.
The results are displayed as a ranked watchlist.
Each row can show:
-
Symbol
-
Rank
-
Direction label
-
Market Context Score
-
Setup description
-
Current status
The purpose is to reduce a large Market Watch list into a smaller group of symbols that the user can inspect manually.
It is not an automatic trading system.
How the Market Context Score Is Built
The Market Context Score is divided into visible components.
Trend — 30 Points
The trend component reviews EMA 20 and EMA 50 alignment across the configured M15, H1 and H4 timeframes.
A symbol receives more trend points when the implemented multi-timeframe conditions are aligned.
Momentum — 20 Points
The momentum component uses RSI 14, together with ADX and DI 14.
This helps describe whether directional momentum and trend strength are currently supporting the same general market context.
Volatility — 20 Points
The volatility component compares ATR 14 with ATR 50.
Higher volatility is not rewarded without limit.
Extreme volatility is intentionally reduced rather than automatically treated as better.
Movement and Setup — 15 Points
This component reviews aligned recent movement and whether the implemented breakout or pullback conditions are present.
The purpose is to show whether recent movement is consistent with the calculated direction and whether an additional setup condition has appeared.
Spread Efficiency — 10 Points
The current spread is compared with ATR.
A spread that is small relative to current movement receives a different result from a spread that consumes a large part of the symbol’s recent range.
This is a current efficiency reference.
It is not a guarantee of future execution cost.
Readiness — 5 Points
Readiness checks whether the required data, quote and trading-session information are currently available.
The completed score is the sum of these visible components.
This transparency is important.
The user can review why a symbol received its score instead of seeing only an unexplained number.
What the Direction Labels Mean
The panel uses three direction labels:
-
BULLISH WATCH
-
BEARISH WATCH
-
NEUTRAL
BULLISH WATCH means the implemented conditions currently lean toward bullish context.
BEARISH WATCH means they currently lean toward bearish context.
NEUTRAL means the implemented rules do not currently provide a sufficiently clear directional classification.
These labels are watchlist categories.
BULLISH WATCH is not a BUY instruction.
BEARISH WATCH is not a SELL instruction.
NEUTRAL does not mean that the symbol cannot move.
The labels describe the current alignment of the implemented rules at the time of the scan.
WATCH NOW, MONITOR and WAIT
Eligible rows are assigned a review status according to the Market Context Score.
WATCH NOW
WATCH NOW is displayed from 75 points.
This means the symbol has reached the highest review tier under the implemented scoring rules.
It means:
Review this chart more closely.
It does not mean:
Open a trade.
MONITOR
MONITOR is displayed from 60 points.
This indicates that some useful context is present, but the symbol has not reached the WATCH NOW threshold.
WAIT
WAIT is displayed below 60 points.
The current alignment is weaker under the implemented scoring model.
WAIT does not mean that the symbol is bad or that future movement is impossible.
It means the current result has not reached the higher review tiers.
Why a High Score Can Still Be BLOCKED
A numerical score is not the only condition used by the utility.
A row can display a relatively high score and still be marked BLOCKED.
This is intentional.
Possible blockers include:
-
Required data is unavailable
-
The published trading session is closed
-
The latest quote is stale
-
The quote time is too far ahead of the server time
-
The symbol’s trade mode is incompatible with the calculated direction
-
Spread relative to ATR is above the implemented limit
A blocked row is not treated as a currently eligible candidate, even when its numerical score is high.
This prevents the ranking from presenting context alignment alone while ignoring an important operating condition.
BLOCKED does not mean that NINJA Market Radar MT5 has disabled the symbol or stopped another EA.
The utility is read-only.
BLOCKED is an analytical status inside the panel.
Review the Reason, Not Only the Number
A score by itself is not enough.
Selecting a row shows the reasons and component breakdown behind the result.
The detail can include:
-
Trend points
-
Momentum points
-
RSI contribution
-
ADX and DI contribution
-
Volatility points
-
ATR ratio
-
Movement and setup points
-
Spread points
-
Spread relative to ATR
-
Readiness points
-
Trade mode
-
Session state
-
Quote age
This makes it possible to distinguish between two symbols that have similar total scores for different reasons.
For example, one symbol may have strong trend alignment but weaker spread efficiency.
Another may have acceptable momentum and volatility but no current breakout or pullback condition.
The final decision still requires chart review.
A Practical Market Watch Workflow
A simple workflow is:
-
Add the symbols you actually want to monitor to Market Watch.
-
Attach NINJA Market Radar MT5 to a normal chart.
-
Allow the scan to complete.
-
Review the ranked eligible symbols.
-
Check whether the leading rows show WATCH NOW, MONITOR or WAIT.
-
Read the selected row’s score breakdown and reasons.
-
Open the candidate’s own chart.
-
Review price structure, current spread, recent candles and your own trading rules.
-
Decide independently whether any further action is appropriate.
The utility stops at candidate selection.
It does not perform the final chart analysis for the user.
Optional Leader Alerts
Optional alerts can report when the highest-ranked eligible symbol or its direction changes above the selected alert threshold.
Available notification methods include:
-
Terminal popup
-
Standard MT5 sound
-
MT5 push notification
NEUTRAL rows are not eligible for Leader Alerts.
A configurable cooldown and duplicate suppression help reduce repeated notifications.
The alert message identifies a watchlist candidate.
It is not an entry instruction.
An alert means that the leading eligible context has changed under the implemented rules and may deserve a new chart review.
Panel Controls
The panel can be dragged to another position on the chart.
It can also be collapsed when more chart space is needed.
Pagination allows a larger Market Watch list to be reviewed without forcing every row onto one page.
A manual refresh can be used when a new scan is needed.
These controls are designed to make the utility practical on a normal MT5 workspace without turning the chart into an order-entry panel.
What the Score Does Not Mean
The Market Context Score does not represent:
-
Win rate
-
Probability of profit
-
Expected return
-
Forecast accuracy
-
Backtest performance
-
EA compatibility
-
Trade safety
-
A recommendation to buy or sell
A score of 80 does not mean an 80 percent chance of profit.
A symbol ranked first is not automatically the best trade.
The score measures the present alignment of the rules implemented in the utility.
Conditions can change with a new tick, a new bar, a spread change or a trading-session change.
What the Utility Does Not Do
NINJA Market Radar MT5 does not:
-
Open orders
-
Modify orders
-
Close positions
-
Delete pending orders
-
Calculate a guaranteed entry price
-
Calculate a guaranteed Stop Loss or Take Profit
-
Rank symbols by future profitability
-
Inspect the private logic of another EA
-
Use DLLs
-
Use WebRequest
It is a read-only watchlist and market-context utility.
The user remains responsible for all chart analysis, trading decisions and risk management.
Market Radar and Symbol Passport Have Different Roles
NINJA Market Radar MT5 compares current market context across the symbols visible in Market Watch and helps identify which charts to review next.
NINJA Symbol Passport MT5 reviews broker-provided specifications and current trading conditions across multiple symbols.
Symbol Passport asks:
What are the broker and contract conditions behind these symbols?
Market Radar asks:
Which visible symbols currently rank higher under this market-context model?
Market Radar does not replace a broker-specification check.
Symbol Passport does not rank current chart context.
Market Radar and Setup Confirm Are Different Stages
Market Radar works across multiple symbols.
Its role is candidate selection.
After a candidate is found, the next stage is a detailed review of that individual chart using the trader’s own method and rules.
A candidate label is not confirmation that an entry exists.
The ranking narrows the list.
It does not complete the trading decision.
Broker and Market Differences Still Matter
Results depend on the symbols and information supplied by the connected broker.
Different brokers and account types may provide different:
-
Symbol names
-
Quotes
-
Spreads
-
Trading sessions
-
Trade modes
-
Historical data
The same Market Watch list can therefore produce different results in another MT5 environment.
A result should be interpreted in the context of the account where the scan was performed.
Test Before Using It in a Live Workflow
Before relying on the utility in a live workflow:
-
Test it on a demo account
-
Confirm the intended symbols are visible in Market Watch
-
Review the default timeframes and inputs
-
Check the displayed reason for each status
-
Compare the result with the actual chart
-
Confirm important symbol conditions with the broker
-
Apply your own risk-management rules
The value of the utility is not that it makes the final decision.
Its value is that it organizes a large symbol list into a more manageable review process.
When Market Watch contains too many charts to inspect efficiently, NINJA Market Radar MT5 can help identify what to look at next.
NINJA Market Radar MT5 is available on the MQL5 Market.
