Ninja Trinity XAU was built around a simple idea: XAUUSD does not always produce the same type of trading opportunity.
Some market conditions favor a breakout and retest. Others may create an extended move followed by mean reversion, while a different environment may offer momentum or reversal opportunities.
Instead of forcing one entry method to trade every market condition, Ninja Trinity XAU combines three independent strategies inside one MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor.
The EA is designed for XAUUSD or GOLD on the M5 timeframe.
The Three Strategies
Strategy A — Breakout and Retest
Strategy A is the main component of the EA.
It looks for a confirmed breakout followed by a retest of the relevant price area. Trend and volatility conditions are also checked before an entry is considered.
The purpose is to avoid entering immediately after every large candle or temporary price spike.
Strategy B — Wednesday Mean Reversion
Strategy B operates only under selected Wednesday conditions.
It looks for an extended price movement and then evaluates whether price may return toward its recent average.
This strategy uses a different concept from the breakout logic. It focuses on possible mean reversion after the market has become stretched.
Strategy C — Momentum and Reversal
Strategy C evaluates selected momentum-continuation and reversal conditions.
It also includes separate Friday management settings. New entries can be stopped at a specified hour, and applicable positions can be closed before the weekend.
Independent Strategy Settings
Each strategy has its own:
• Enable or disable switch
• Entry logic
• Risk setting
• Maximum lot setting
• Magic Number
• One-position control
This makes it possible to test each strategy separately in the MT5 Strategy Tester.
However, the three strategies all trade the same XAUUSD market. If multiple strategies open positions at the same time, the total account exposure may become significantly higher.
Important Risk Settings
The default risk settings are:
• Strategy A: 9.35%
• Strategy B: 1.50%
• Strategy C: 1.50%
Strategy A uses a much higher default risk than the other two strategies.
These defaults are aggressive and are not suitable for traders seeking low drawdown or conservative account growth.
Traders who prefer lower exposure should reduce all three RiskPercent settings proportionally and run a new backtest before considering live use.
Risk-Control Features
Ninja Trinity XAU does not use:
• Grid trading
• Martingale
• Averaging-down recovery
• Automatic lot increases after a loss
The EA includes:
• Stop Loss protection
• Spread and slippage filters
• Volume and margin validation
• Separate Magic Numbers
• One-position control for each strategy
• Friday controls for Strategy C
• Support for broker symbol suffixes
No external DLL, WebRequest or external data file is required.
What Traders Should Check
XAUUSD trading conditions can differ significantly between brokers.
Contract size, tick value, digits, spread, commission, server time, execution speed, slippage and historical data can all affect the results.
Before using the EA, check:
• Your broker’s correct XAUUSD or GOLD symbol
• M5 as the chart and testing timeframe
• Spread and execution conditions
• Available free margin
• Maximum combined exposure
• Broker server time
• Strategy C’s Friday settings
• Maximum drawdown at your selected risk level
A hedging account is preferred.
The EA should normally be attached to one XAUUSD M5 chart. Do not run multiple copies with the same Magic Numbers.

Risk Notice
Backtest results do not guarantee future performance.
Ninja Trinity XAU uses aggressive default risk settings, and XAUUSD can move sharply within a short period. Large drawdowns and financial losses are possible.
Live results may differ because of spreads, slippage, execution speed, server time, symbol specifications, historical data and changing market conditions.
Use only risk capital and select settings appropriate for your account size and risk tolerance.
