The Recommended Timeframe depends on your settings, but you can use M5, M15 and all others timeframes with the appropriate settings.

A low latency vps is always recommended.

Very impressive for short time testing. But I tested it also over the complete 2023 data, and it always got nearly a complete drawdown, then stopped. Still not found a setting to prevent this.
