Overview
Zafari Scalper v3.0 is an institutional scalping Expert Advisor developed for the XAU/USD pair on the M5 timeframe. Its architecture combines artificial intelligence, statistical models, and advanced quantitative analysis to identify high-probability opportunities in the gold market, operating with dynamic risk management and real-time capital control.

Artificial Intelligence
BiLSTM Network (Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory): A recurrent neural network that processes forward and backward price sequences simultaneously, extracting complex timeframe patterns with a 30-candle window and 16 hidden units.
Adaptive Logistic Regression: A statistical classifier with 3 classes (bullish, neutral, bearish) that automatically updates every 5 candlesticks using online learning, extracting 8 features from recent price action.
Naive Bayes Classifier with Multi-Timeframe Bias: Calculates Bayesian probabilities using candlestick patterns, trading sessions (London/NY), and H1 trend confirmation.
Structural Analysis
Chart Patterns: Automatic detection of Head & Shoulders, Inverse Head & Shoulders, Double Top, and Double Bottom with neckline and projected target calculation.
Support and Resistance Zones: Dynamic identification of up to 10 levels by pivots with a minimum of 2 touches, configurable tolerance, and bounce or breakout signals.
Price Action: Recognition of Harami, Tweezer Top/Bottom, and Marubozu candlesticks with filters for body size and pip tolerance.
Quantitative Analysis
Bollinger Bands (20, 2.0): Bounce entries on the lower or upper band with candle close confirmation.
Harmonic Volatility Pattern (HVP): Detects volatility squeeze/expansion cycles based on Average True Range (ATR). Trades only on post-compression expansions with a 1.3x confidence multiplier.
Fibonacci Extension Targets: Calculates 127.2%, 141.4%, and 161.8% extension levels of the previous swing as dynamic take-profit targets.
Volatility Quantile Filter: Classifies market volatility into quartiles (Q1–Q4). Trades only in Q2 and Q3, avoiding flat or extremely panicked markets.
Risk Management and Optimal Sizing
HRP — Hierarchical Risk Parity: Weights the three main signal engines (BiLSTM, Logistic Regression, S&R) using hierarchical correlation, allocating more risk budget to the engine with the lowest correlation to the others, thus reducing risk concentration.
HJB — Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman / Continuous Kelly Criterion: Calculates the optimal Kelly Criterion adjusted for risk aversion (gamma=2.0) using drift and historical symbol volatility. The resulting multiplier scales the lot size between 0.2x and 2.0x relative to the configured base risk.

Three risk modes: Fixed lot size, percentage of balance, or dynamic equity percentage.
Visual Panel
Includes a real-time control panel with two columns displaying the status of all AI engines, active signal, confidence level, daily P&L, equity, open positions, volume, spread, and accumulated daily drawdown.
