Installation Instructions (CRITICAL)

To ensure the EA operates correctly, please follow these steps precisely:

  1. Select Timeframe: Open a clean XAUUSD chart and select either the M5 or M15 timeframe.

  2. Attach EA: Drag and drop the EA onto the selected chart.

  3. Do Not Change Timeframe: IMPORTANT: Once the EA is active, do not change the chart timeframe, as this may disrupt the internal logic.

  4. Configuration: In the EA settings window, ensure "Allow Live Trading" is checked.

  5. Activation: Finally, click the AutoTrading button in the MetaTrader toolbar to begin.

💡 Important Tip for Backtesting

If you notice that backtest results are not identical to my provided history or appear inconsistent, I highly recommend following these steps:

  1. Close your MetaTrader 4 terminal.

  2. Restart the terminal.

  3. Run the test again.

Over time, MT4 can accumulate temporary data or cache errors that affect calculation accuracy.

Restarting the terminal clears this memory and ensures the EA uses the correct historical data.

In my own experience, I have noticed that after long periods of activity, backtests can show divergent values (sometimes dropping to €895), which return to normal immediately after a restart.


The dip at the end of the graph represents the forced closure of open positions at the end of the backtest period to calculate the final net profit.

This is a standard procedure in MetaTrader reporting and does not indicate a strategy failure.
