All orders - Trading robot/indicator debugging - outdated

I need a robot that will close all opened trades once the equity is less than 60% of the balance. For Example Balance: $1000 I have two trades with a total drawdown of -$400 at a point making the equity $600. If the trades goes more in loss of -$401, I want the robot to close all opened trades on that account.
