Custom simple ADR indicator

I need an ADR indicator working and looking similiar like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmEEj38Homg

But instead of only "Price movement/ADR%" i want it to show "Price movement/ADR%/ number of how many days it price was in adequate range" AND to go to 500%+ instead of 100%+ as the last one. We can cut off the first 0-50% to save space and we can go in bigger increments after lets say 200%. So 50-200% i want 10% increments, and after 200% increments could be 20-25%, so it could fit into the screen easier.

For example:

I set the indicator to look at 10 days back for data. Calculated ADR is 100 pips, the ranges of 10 days were: 50,50,50,50,100,100,150,150,150,150 so i want the column of this example look something like this:

0-50%/40%/4

...

...

...

90-100%/20%/2

...

...

140-150%/40%/4

...

...

The rest of the increments.

It could also show somewhere above the column how much days i choosed to calculete the ADR.
