Discussion of article "How to Subscribe to Trading Signals" - page 30

Megagrider:
And here is an academic question: if the signal writer uses martingale, what should I set in the settings, what percentage of deposit should I use to follow this martin in lot sizes? 95%? 50%?5?

Your balance will be used proportionally to the provider's balance. So you can specify whatever you want.

Don't fall into the trap of incompatible balances where the provider has an extremely large deposit and you have a micro one. If the provider actively loads your account with many small positions, you will easily exceed your risk limits because of the 0.01 minimum lot rule

Roughly speaking, if the provider opens a dozen or more positions, heavily loads his deposit with margin, and you have a categorically small deposit, the lower rounding limit of 0.01 will be triggered when calculating volume proportions and you will not be able to keep the same risk level.

I tried to connect to a free signal, it doesn't work.

1. found a signal in MT4

2. I click "Subscribe for free".

3. I accept the Rules of Service Use and enter my password.

nothing happens

Hello

I'm new on this forum and I would appreciate so much your help for the following issue

I have an account on 24FX broker but te mt4 terminal does not show any folder with signals, neither in the terminal window nor in the menu-tool-option

Does anybody know if broker 24fx  can actually prevent the use of signals from mql4 community? or am i missing some important steps in the utilization of the terminal?

Thanks

Hello, subscribed to a free signal. The signal provider has announced a decision to turn their signal into a paid signal. What happens to my subscription if the signal provider changes it before my subscription expires?

I don't understand whether I connected to the signal or not, it seems that the migration was successful, but the icon of the supplier is not green as here https://c.mql5.com/2/11/fig9_main_journal__1.png here is my example http://gyazo.com/552d20a12be3eb9c36074da527f57488. Just when I connect the terminal it seems that trades are opened at the same moment. How can I make sure that everything is copied when the terminal is switched off?

Insert the figure correctly, please. You can monitor the status of the virtual terminal by requesting its logs. See the article Preparing a trading account for migration to virtual hosting

Nothing has happened to your subscription, you can just renew it for a fee.

Strange things are happening with copying or, rather, broadcasting signals. Firstly, orders are duplicated, i.e. the signal provider opens one order, while I open 2 orders at the same time and at the same lot size corresponding to the set deposit load. And today this pair closed at a loss, while the signal provider's order remained open.

And all this happens with just one signal, but I am subscribed to 6 signals on different terminals - everything is normal with the others, except for the fact that sometimes orders are opened at the supplier and I am not, but it can still be survived.

Duplication of orders occurs when running two terminals connected to the same account. For detailed consideration of your problem, please make a request to servicedesk, attach the terminal log file.
