Ask your broker, or find an other that provides these instruments.

About signal tab :

Contact your Broker,  not all Brokers offer signals on MT4

I had the same problem once , signal tab wasn't enable I just send a message to the support department on the broker i use and just to empazise it in I send them the screenshot of how it was suppose to be and they fix it right away , you should try to do the same... goodluck

Brokers have nothing to do with it. It's all about the "crookedness of hands". Let's read carefully:

1. Launch MT4 or MT5 terminal.

2. In the terminal, click ''service'' -> ''settings''.

3. Go to the "community" tab

4. Enter your login and password from mql5.com.

5. After that, the "Signals" tab appears in the terminal

Unfortunately, not always. This tab can be switched off by the brokerage company itself for reasons only he can understand.
