The problem is that I am connected to the MQL5 chat

But the server sends me an error message telling me that it cannot connect to the server.

my login details are correct and the problem is that I cannot retrieve the software to buy in the - market - download tab.

can you help me ?

Make sure -

• that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11);
• that you are using the latest build of Metatrader,
• that you are login to Community folder using your login - not your email (your forum login is alexandrepirott);
  
• that your password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change this password; read this thread for information).

You need to be loged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab.

which balance?
if it is related to your trading account so ask the broker about it.

It is currently on zero US dollars ,and says i must deposit a minimum of a 100$ bt thats where the problem is im from south Africa

your trading account?

You can ask your broker, because this forum (and mql5 portal in general) is not related to any real trading accounts openning.
