Indonesia has several local forums (in their language) and some of them are in the world top in terms of attendance.
Their forums are amongst the likes of forex factories, and so on ("and so on" - there are forums in their language as well).
That is - there people are trained, they know everything ... and have known everything for a long time ...
And they have well-known coders too.
That's why it was decided (not by the moderators) to keep their branch in English.
That's how they keep it ...
