Hi guys.
I am trying to register as a seller and having a different problem.
I'm an Australian temporarily overseas, so I uploaded all the documents and entered an Australian address but with an overseas phone number.
I am shown the page 'Rejected with remarks', with the error: ''The phone number does not correspond to your resident country. Please enter the number of the local mobile phone operator or the relevant residential address.''
So I entered my brother's Australian phone number. I get the same error. The strange thing is that when the page reloads with the same error, the phone number in the box reverts back to the overseas number I first entered. I get the feeling it's not even trying to resend the form with the new Aus number, but simply retrying with the overseas number. There's no way to start the application again by returning to the 'Fill in the profile' page.
No response from the 'moderator'.
If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

Me too , After I uploaded the photo with QR-code, it reject again automatically, I ask the reasons but no any response......
My seller account has been rejected and the profile page is blocked. MQL5 unfairly claims that this account (https://www.mql5.com/en/users/masmin) would be mine, mistakenly, completely insane to state that.

I registered as a seller but just last step to my completion of the registration, I saw QR code. I have read all option here and I saw some people say one has to open the QR Code and the snap picture with back facing the laptop screen but I am yet to come to resolving my problem. I tried to upload my picture it tells me rejected, I uploaded my QR Code, but it still tells me rejected. please I need a guide step by step approach on how I can overcome the QR Code step and get successful completion of the registration.
the error message I get is unreadable QR Code, please upload a new photo with QR Code.
I need this assistance please

I also experience this before, what I did is submit a scanned a valid government ID or passport, it must be scanned clearly,then take a picture holding that particular ID in front of your monitor screen with your MQL5 account open on the screen. Then submit that picture again to service desk, make sure that its a clear copy. Wait for a few days then they will be notify you of your status, be it approved or not, but for as long that you follow their instructions you will be approved.
