🟡 XAUUSD DAILY MARKET BULLETIN

Session Focus: London + Pre-US

FUNDAMENTAL LANDSCAPE – WHAT IS MOVING THE MARKET

🔎 What Is Dynamic (Active Drivers Today)

• US Dollar Strength / Weakness

Gold is currently trading as a USD inverse instrument first, safe haven second.
Intraday dollar flows are directly influencing momentum bursts.

If DXY pushes higher → expect gold to rotate lower toward liquidity pools.
If DXY weakens → continuation toward upper imbalance zones.

• Rate Expectations & Yields

No major rate decision today, but:
• Treasury yield fluctuations are influencing intraday momentum
• Any yield spike pressures gold
• Yield pullback supports continuation bids

Markets remain sensitive to Fed tone positioning.

• Trade & Geopolitical Risk Narrative

Tariff uncertainty remains background fuel.
However, it is currently static unless new headlines emerge.

Right now this factor is supportive but not accelerating.

 What Is Static (Background Bias)

• Central bank demand remains supportive
• Macro safe-haven tone is mildly bullish
• Broader 4H structure still constructive

Conclusion:
The market is currently technical-flow driven unless a headline hits.

 TECHNICAL STRUCTURE – TOP DOWN

4-HOUR CHART – PRIMARY STRUCTURE

Trend Context

• Price remains above 4H 50 EMA → bullish structure intact
• 20 EMA acting as dynamic pivot
• No structural breakdown present

Bias: Bullish unless 50 EMA fails.

9 EMA & 5 EMA (4H)

• 5 EMA is crossing / attempting to cross above 9 EMA
• This signals short-term momentum expansion
• If they separate with angle → acceleration phase
• If they compress → consolidation phase

Current read:
Momentum attempting to expand upward.

Parabolic SAR – 4H

• SAR remains below price
• No sustained flip above price yet

Meaning:
Trend remains intact on higher timeframe.

Only sustained SAR flip + EMA compression would shift bias.

 1-HOUR CHART – DECISION ZONE

This is where execution bias forms.

RSI

• Mid-range, not extreme
• No exhaustion signal

Momentum can expand either direction.

Stochastic (1H)

• Rotational behavior
• Best used for continuation entries in alignment with 4H bias

Oversold at structural support = high-probability long
Overbought at resistance = tactical short only

Parabolic SAR (1H)

• Flips marking micro momentum transitions
• Confirm entries after stochastic cross

15M & 5M – EXECUTION LAYER (Pre-London / Pre-US)

This is where scalpers activate.

Pre-London Plan

Watch:
• Asian range high
• Asian range low
• Liquidity above/below session extremes

Typical behavior:
London hunts liquidity first, then expands in true direction.

Parabolic SAR (15M)

• Flip below price after liquidity sweep = buy signal
• Flip above price after sweep = sell signal

Stochastic (5M / 15M)

Best setup:
• Sweep support → stochastic oversold → cross up → SAR flip → entry
• Sweep resistance → stochastic overbought → cross down → SAR flip → entry

Avoid trading stochastic mid-range.

KEY LEVELS FOR TODAY

Structural Support

• 4H 50 EMA zone
• Prior session low
• Asian low

Structural Resistance

• Prior session high
• Asian high
• Imbalance zone above

VOLATILITY PROJECTION

Based on recent session behavior:

• Expect 1.2x–1.5x normal London range
• Expansion likely during London open
• Second volatility window: Pre-US session

If no catalyst:
Expect rotational expansion, not breakout trend.

LIQUIDITY MAP DISCUSSION

Liquidity currently sits:

• Above prior session highs (resting buy stops)
• Below prior session lows (resting sell stops)
• Around round psychological levels

Institutions typically:

  1. Sweep liquidity

  2. Trigger stops

  3. Reverse into real direction

Watch for:
False breakout → rejection → SAR flip → continuation.

 INSTITUTIONAL ORDERFLOW PERSPECTIVE

Current orderflow suggests:

• Passive bids defending 4H support
• Aggressive selling only appearing at resistance
• No evidence of distribution on higher timeframe

Volume expansion on upside candles > downside candles
This indicates underlying bid strength.

VOLUME DELTA CONFIRMATION

Use Volume Delta to confirm:

• Positive delta on bullish breakout = real move
• Negative delta on breakout = fake breakout
• Divergence between price and delta = exhaustion

If price makes higher high but delta weakens → caution.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THIS ON TRADINGVIEW

Add Indicators:

  1. EMA 5

  2. EMA 9

  3. EMA 20

  4. EMA 50

  5. RSI (14)

  6. Stochastic (14,3,3)

  7. Parabolic SAR

  8. Volume

  9. Volume Delta (search “Volume Delta” or “CVD” in indicators)

Layout Setup

4H Chart:
• 5 & 9 EMA
• 20 & 50 EMA
• Parabolic SAR

1H Chart:
• RSI
• Stochastic
• SAR

15M / 5M:
• Stochastic
• SAR
• Volume Delta

DECISION MODEL FOR TODAY

Step 1: Identify 4H bias (currently bullish)
Step 2: Wait for liquidity sweep
Step 3: Confirm with stochastic + SAR
Step 4: Confirm with volume delta
Step 5: Execute

PROFESSIONAL BIAS SUMMARY

• Higher timeframe: Bullish
• Intraday: Liquidity-driven expansion
• Volatility: Elevated
• Best approach: Structured scalping aligned with 4H bias
• Avoid: Mid-range entries

Closing Statement

Today is not about prediction.
It is about precision.

When volatility rotates and liquidity is hunted,
manual traders hesitate.
