Gann Made Easy. USTEC M5. Current market signal - SELL. We see the price has had a good retracement recently. So now it is time to start selling again in the direction of the current trend. Though I recommend giving a bit more space for SL, it should be at least abve the Gann 0/8 area. The TP is the TP3 area. If this signal does not work out, we will have another attempt when a new signal comes, again using the TP3 as the target. We may have such selling attempts while the price is below the 29800 area.

Why Do You Need a Trading Strategy?

Imagine traveling to an unfamiliar city without a map or a planned route. You might still reach your destination, but you will have to rely on luck and make decisions along the way.

Trading can work the same way. Without a strategy, a trader may buy simply because the price is rising, sell out of fear, or change decisions based on emotions.

A trading strategy is a set of rules that defines:

— when to open a trade;
— when to close a position;
— where to limit losses;
— what position size to use;
— when market conditions are unsuitable for trading.

The main benefit of a strategy is consistency. When the rules are defined in advance, you can analyze your trades, identify mistakes, and test your approach using historical data.

However, a clear strategy does not guarantee profits. Losing trades and drawdowns are always possible. That is why a strategy should include risk management, not just entry signals.

For beginners, the best starting point is not searching for a magical indicator. It is learning to build a clear set of trading rules.

Но важно понимать: даже стратегия с чёткими правилами не гарантирует прибыль. Убыточные сделки и просадки возможны всегда. Поэтому стратегия должна включать не только условия входа, но и управление рисками.

Начинающим трейдерам стоит начинать не с поиска волшебного индикатора, а с разработки понятных правил торговли.
