Risk Calculator Panel with Draggable Lines

Risk Calculator Panel shows the correct lot size for your risk before you open a trade. Drag the Stop Loss line on the chart, and the panel updates immediately.

What the panel shows

  • Lot size for your risk, rounded down to the broker's lot step
  • Money at risk and potential profit in account currency
  • Stop loss and take profit distance in points
  • Reward:risk ratio
  • Required margin and free margin after the trade

How to use

  1. Attach the indicator to any chart.
  2. Drag the red SL line (and the green TP line) to where you want them.
  3. Read the lot size in the panel and open the trade with that lot.

Inputs

  • Risk per trade, % (default 1%)
  • Risk calculated from balance or equity
  • Fixed risk in account currency (overrides %)
  • Initial SL and TP distance in points (TP line can be turned off)
  • Panel position, font size and colors

Works on forex, gold, indices and crypto, with any account currency. It uses the symbol's tick value, lot step, minimum and maximum lot. The indicator never opens, changes or closes trades.
