════════════════ WHAT THE INDICATOR DOES ════════════════

The core idea is simple:

1. Draw Bollinger Bands on the chart.
2. Detect a breakout candle that closes outside the band, but still touched the band during the candle.
3. Run every filter you enabled.
4. If the breakout side and all enabled filters agree, plot a BUY or SELL arrow.
5. On the newest closed/forming bar, optionally fire alert, sound, push, and log.

BUY logic (breakout up) • Candle is bullish (Close > Open) • Close is above the Upper Band • Low touched or crossed the Upper Band on that same candle

SELL logic (breakout down) • Candle is bearish (Close < Open) • Close is below the Lower Band • High touched or crossed the Lower Band on that same candle

That wick-to-band rule reduces “already far outside the band” arrows. The close-outside rule keeps the signal as a true breakout, not a simple touch.

If no filter is enabled, you get raw BB breakout arrows. If several filters are enabled, every one of them must pass. That is AND logic, not OR logic. More filters = fewer, stricter signals.

════════════════ WHY THIS BUILD IS DIFFERENT ════════════════

Most BB arrow tools only plot “price closed outside the band.” This version adds three extra layers:

1. Breakout quality The candle must close outside AND still interact with the band (low vs upper, high vs lower). That filters many late or floating closes.
2. Modular confirmation You do not get a locked strategy. You get a toolkit. Turn on only RSI, only MA + ADX, only Ichimoku Span B + SAR, or a full stack. Same indicator, many setups.
3. Span B is read as the cloud value that is active on the current bar Ichimoku Senkou Span B is calculated in the past and projected forward. This build reads the value that is actually sitting on the current candle (shift-aware), so “price above / below Span B” matches what you see on the chart.

Other practical advantages: • Filters default OFF, so first attach is clean and fast • Handles are created only for filters you enable • Alerts are tied to the latest bar time • Inputs are grouped, so the settings window stays readable • Deviation is fully open (the sample default 0.5 is tighter than the classic 2.0, which means more frequent band tests; raise it if you want fewer, wider-band breakouts)

No extra subwindow is required. Oscillator filters (RSI, ADX, AO, CCI, RVI, MACD) run in the background. You may still attach the same built-in MT5 indicators yourself if you want to see them.

════════════════ FILTER LIST AND BENEFIT OF EACH ════════════════

Every filter below is independent. Enable only what matches your plan.

1. RSI CROSS FILTER Benefit : Times the BB breakout with an RSI cross of oversold / overbought. BUY needs RSI to cross up through Oversold. SELL needs RSI to cross down through Overbought. Use when you want exhaustion-reversal flavor, not just any band break.
2. ADX FILTER Benefit : Blocks signals when the market is too quiet. Both sides need ADX at or above your minimum (default idea: 20). Use on ranging pairs where raw BB breaks fake out often.
3. SINGLE MA FILTER Benefit : Simple trend gate. BUY only if Close is above the MA. SELL only if Close is below the MA. Use as a first “do not fade the higher-timeframe drift” rule.
4. ICHIMOKU SENKOU SPAN B FILTER Benefit : Cloud base as a bias wall. BUY only if Close is above the Span B value that is active on this bar. SELL only if Close is below that Span B value. Use when you trade with cloud structure and want to avoid signals through the base of the cloud.
5. RSI 75 FILTER Benefit : Longer RSI as a regime filter (default period 75). BUY if RSI75 > 50. SELL if RSI75 < 50. Use when you want momentum side, not a cross event.
6. DOUBLE MA FILTER Benefit : Fast MA vs slow MA trend state. BUY if MA A is above MA B. SELL if MA A is below MA B. Use as a dual moving-average regime filter (example: 30 EMA vs 140 EMA).
7. AWESOME OSCILLATOR FILTER Benefit : Momentum / energy filter with three optional sub-rules. • Volume-style threshold : AO >= Buy Min or AO <= Sell Max • Color / slope : AO rising for BUY, falling for SELL • Zero-line : rising and above 0 for BUY, falling and below 0 for SELL Use when you want Bill Williams AO conditions on top of the band break.
8. PARABOLIC SAR FILTER Benefit : Stop-and-reverse dots as direction lock. BUY if Close is above SAR. SELL if Close is below SAR. Use to keep breakouts aligned with the current SAR flip.
9. HEIKEN ASHI FILTER Benefit : Smoothed candle color without adding HA candles to the chart. BUY if HA Close > HA Open (green-style HA). SELL if HA Close < HA Open (red-style HA). Use to skip BB breaks that fight the smoothed candle color.
10. CCI TREND FILTER Benefit : CCI side of zero as trend. BUY if CCI > 0. SELL if CCI < 0. Use as a medium-speed directional filter.
11. CCI OB & OS FILTER Benefit : Classic CCI extreme. BUY if CCI is above Overbought (default 100). SELL if CCI is below Oversold (default -100). Use when you only want breakouts that already show stretched momentum.
12. RVI TREND FILTER Benefit : RVI sign. BUY if RVI > 0. SELL if RVI < 0. Use as a smoothed price-strength filter.
13. RVI SIGNAL FILTER Benefit : RVI line vs its signal line. BUY if RVI main > RVI signal. SELL if RVI main < RVI signal. Use when you want a cross-state, not only above/below zero.
14. MACD SIGNAL FILTER (HISTOGRAM) Benefit : MACD main minus signal. BUY if histogram > 0. SELL if histogram < 0. Use as a standard momentum-agreement filter.
15. MACD LEVEL 0 FILTER Benefit : MACD main line vs zero. BUY if MACD main > 0. SELL if MACD main < 0. Use when you care about MACD side of zero, not the histogram.
16. SUPPORT & RESISTANCE FILTER Benefit : Only accept a BUY if price is interacting with a lookback support zone, and a SELL if it is interacting with a lookback resistance zone. Zone width is set in points. Use when you want BB breaks that also tap a recent range edge.
17. FIBONACCI FILTER Benefit : Finds recent swing high and swing low, builds Fib 0.382 and 0.618 (both levels editable), and requires the current candle to overlap that Fib zone. If no valid swing pair is found, the signal is blocked. Use when you only want breakouts that collide with a Fib retracement area.

Important: Fibonacci and S/R are location filters. They do not replace a stop-loss plan.

When a valid BUY or SELL is plotted on the latest bar, and that bar time was not already used:

Alert memory is per side (last buy time / last sell time), so one candle should not repeat the same alert.

Push requires: Tools > Options > Notifications and a working MetaQuotes ID on the mobile terminal.

Sound files must exist in the MT5 Sounds folder (or a path MT5 can play). Defaults in code: ok.wav for BUY, timeout.wav for SELL.

════════════════ DETAILED INPUT GUIDE ════════════════

Open Inputs. Groups are labeled. Unused filters can stay false.

BOLLINGER BAND SETTINGS

InpPeriod (Period) Number of bars for the middle band (moving average of the band). Higher = smoother bands, later breaks. Lower = tighter reaction, more breaks. Common start: 20.

InpDeviation (Deviation) Band width in standard deviations. Classic textbooks use 2.0. This product default of 0.5 is intentionally tight: price will tag the bands more often, so you get more candidate breakouts. Raise toward 1.0–2.0 if arrows are too frequent.

InpPrice (Apply to) Price used to build the bands. PRICE_CLOSE is the usual choice. PRICE_TYPICAL or PRICE_WEIGHTED change how easily price sits on the band.

InpBandColor (Band Color) Color of upper, middle, and lower plots.

SIGNAL SETTINGS

InpBuyColor / InpSellColor Arrow colors.

InpArrowShift Offset in points from Low (BUY) or High (SELL). Increase on gold, crypto, or high-digit symbols if arrows sit on top of wicks. Decrease on JPY pairs or compact ranges if arrows look too far.

ALERT AND NOTIFICATIONS

InpAlert true = popup.

InpSound true = play wav.

InpPush true = mobile push. Must be enabled in MT5 terminal options.

InpPrintLog true = write the same text to Experts.

InpBuySound / InpSellSound File names only, unless you use a full valid sound path. Keep names short. Test with Alert first, then sound.

RSI CROSS FILTER

Use_RSI_Cross_Filter Master switch.

RSI_Length RSI period. Classic: 14.

RSI_Price_Source Applied price for RSI.

Oversold / Overbought Cross levels. Classic: 30 and 70. A BUY needs the cross up through Oversold on this bar versus the previous bar. A SELL needs the cross down through Overbought.

ADX FILTER

Use_ADX_Filter Master switch.

ADX_Period ADX length. Example: 10 or 14.

ADX_Min_Level Minimum ADX value for any signal. Higher = only stronger trend environments. Too high and you will miss early breaks.

SINGLE MA FILTER

Use_MA_Filter Master switch.

MA_Period Lookback of the trend MA. Example: 50.

MA_Method SMA, EMA, SMMA, LWMA.

MA_Shift Forward/back shift of the MA. Keep 0 unless you know why you need a shift.

ICHIMOKU SENKOU SPAN B FILTER

Use_Ichimoku_Filter Master switch.

Ichimoku_SenkouB Span B period. Standard: 52.

Ichimoku_Shift Displacement used to read the Span B that is drawn on the current bar. Standard Ichimoku: 26. Do not change this unless you also change how you think about Ichimoku parameters.

The handle is created as iIchimoku(9, 26, Ichimoku_SenkouB). Only Span B is used for the filter.

RSI 75 FILTER

Use_RSI75_Filter Master switch.

RSI_Filter_Period Longer RSI. Name in the group is “RSI 75”; the period is editable.

Rule is mid-line: above 50 = buy side, below 50 = sell side.

DOUBLE MA FILTER

Use_DoubleMA_Filter Master switch.

MA_A_Period / MA_A_Method / MA_A_Applied / MA_A_Shift Fast line.

MA_B_Period / MA_B_Method / MA_B_Applied / MA_B_Shift Slow line.

BUY if A > B. SELL if A < B. Example start: 30 EMA Close vs 140 EMA Close.

AWESOME OSCILLATOR FILTER

Use_AO_Filter Master switch. If this is false, the three sub-options do nothing.

Use_AO_Volume_Filter AO value must be at least AO_Buy_Min for BUY, or at most AO_Sell_Max for SELL.

AO_Buy_Min / AO_Sell_Max Absolute AO thresholds. Scale depends on the symbol (gold AO is not EURUSD AO). Calibrate per instrument.

Use_AO_Color_Filter BUY needs AO rising versus previous bar. SELL needs AO falling.

Use_AO_Zero_Filter BUY needs rising AO and AO > 0. SELL needs falling AO and AO < 0.

You can combine the three sub-filters. All enabled sub-filters must pass.

PARABOLIC SAR FILTER

Use_SAR_Filter Master switch.

SAR_Step Acceleration factor. Classic: 0.02.

SAR_Maximum Max acceleration. Classic: 0.2.

Smaller step = slower SAR, fewer flips.

HEIKEN ASHI FILTER

Use_HeikenAshi_Filter Master switch.

No extra inputs. HA Open/Close are computed from the chart OHLC. BUY only on bullish HA candle, SELL only on bearish HA candle.

CCI TREND FILTER

Use_CCI_Filter Master switch.

CCI_Period / CCI_Applied Trend CCI. Example period: 50. Rule: CCI versus 0.

CCI OB AND OS FILTER

Use_CCI_OBOS_Filter Master switch.

CCI_OBOS_Period / CCI_OBOS_Applied Usually a faster CCI. Example: 14.

CCI_Overbought / CCI_Oversold Default idea: +100 / -100. BUY requires CCI already into overbought. SELL requires CCI already into oversold. This is a momentum-extreme filter, not a mean-reversion cross.

RVI TREND FILTER

Use_RVI_Filter Master switch.

RVI_Period Example: 75. Rule: RVI versus 0.

RVI SIGNAL FILTER

Use_RVI_Signal_Filter Master switch.

RVI_Signal_Period RVI with main and signal buffers. BUY if main > signal. SELL if main < signal.

MACD SIGNAL FILTER

Use_MACD_Filter Master switch.

MACD_FastEMA / MACD_SlowEMA / MACD_SignalSMA / MACD_Applied Classic 12, 26, 9, Close.

Histogram = MACD main − signal. BUY if histogram > 0. SELL if histogram < 0.

MACD LEVEL 0 FILTER

Use_MACD_Zero_Filter Master switch.

Uses the same MACD handle if either MACD filter is on. BUY if MACD main > 0. SELL if MACD main < 0.

You may enable histogram filter, zero filter, or both.

SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE FILTER

Use_SR_Filter Master switch.

SR_Period How many past bars define recent high/low.

SR_Zone_Points Thickness of the touch zone, in points. A BUY needs interaction with the recent support zone. A SELL needs interaction with the recent resistance zone. Touch includes trading through the level on that candle.

On 5-digit FX, 80 points is 8.0 pips. On gold or crypto, you must retune this number.

FIBONACCI FILTER

Use_Fib_Filter Master switch.

Fib_Level_1 / Fib_Level_2 Default 0.382 and 0.618. You may set other ratios (0.5, 0.786, etc.).

ZigZag_Depth How many bars on each side to qualify a swing.

ZigZag_Deviation Minimum extra distance in points before accepting a new swing extreme.

ZigZag_Backstep Minimum bar gap between accepted swings.

The routine searches backward from the current bar for a swing high and swing low, builds the Fib zone between those two prices, and requires the current candle range to overlap that zone. If swings cannot be found, both sides are rejected for that bar.

This is a lightweight swing search for filtering, not a full visual ZigZag plot.

════════════════ RECOMMENDED FIRST SETUP ════════════════

1. Attach the indicator to a clean chart.
2. Leave every Use_* filter on false.
3. Set InpPeriod = 20 and choose a deviation that matches your style • 0.5 = many band tests • 1.0–1.5 = balanced • 2.0 = classic wide bands
4. Watch 100–200 historical bars. Confirm that BUY arrows sit on bullish closes above the upper band, and SELL arrows sit on bearish closes below the lower band.
5. Turn on ONE filter. Recheck the same history.
6. Add a second filter only if the first one still leaves too many weak arrows.
7. Enable InpAlert. Confirm one new live arrow.
8. Then enable sound and push.

Starter stacks (examples, not signals):

Never enable all 17 at once on a first test. AND logic will wipe almost every arrow.

════════════════ HOW TO INSTALL ════════════════

1. Buy / download from your MQL5 Market account.
2. In MT5: Navigator > Market (or Indicators) and attach to a chart. Or copy the .ex5 into MQL5\Indicators and compile if you received source by arrangement.
3. Allow DLL only if MT5 asks and you trust the terminal settings. This tool uses standard built-in indicator handles, not external websites.
4. Enable push in Tools > Options > Notifications if you use InpPush.
5. Press F4 only if you are compiling source. For Market products, attach the installed file.

════════════════ PRACTICAL NOTES AND LIMITS ════════════════

• Arrows are plotted as the bar is processed. On the current forming bar the signal can appear and later fail if the candle shape changes before close. Many traders wait for bar close. • Alert is designed around the latest bar. Historical arrows on old bars will not send a new live alert. • Filter arrays are filled only when that filter is enabled. Switching a filter ON requires the indicator to re-init so the handle exists. After changing Use_* switches, click OK and let it reload. • S/R and Fib are computationally heavier than RSI/MA. On very long charts they still run in one pass, but start from a reasonable history. • Heiken Ashi is recalculated across the series when enabled. • Deviation, SR zone, AO thresholds, and arrow shift are symbol-sensitive. Gold, BTC, and JPY pairs need different point values than EURUSD. • This is not an Expert Advisor. No lot size, no SL/TP, no trade panel. • Past arrows are not a performance record. Always forward-test.

Risk reminder: A filtered breakout can still fail. Use position size, invalidation beyond the opposite band or beyond the swing, and a written plan.
