Smart Gold Scalper 5M is an automated Expert Advisor designed for trading Gold (XAUUSD) on the MetaTrader 5 platform using the M5 timeframe.
The EA opens between 2 and 6 orders when its trading conditions are met. Lot size is calculated automatically according to the account balance. Take Profit and Stop Loss settings can be adjusted by the user.

It is recommended to attach the EA to one XAUUSD M5 chart and avoid using other trading systems on the same account.
For smaller accounts, consider using a lower number of orders. The appropriate settings depend on the account balance, broker conditions and individual risk tolerance.
A VPS may be used to maintain operation when the trading terminal is not running locally.
Follow these 4 simple steps to receive EA notifications on Telegram.
### STEP 1 — Create Your Telegram Bot
Open Telegram and search for **@BotFather**.
Send:
`/newbot`
Follow the instructions to create your bot.
At the end, **@BotFather** will give you a **Bot Token**.
Example:
`1234567890:AAxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx`
Copy this token.

### STEP 2 — Start Your Bot
Open the Telegram bot you created and press:
**Start**
You must start the bot before it can send messages to you.

### STEP 3 — Get Your Telegram User ID
Search Telegram for:
**@userinfobot**
Press **Start**.
The bot will show your Telegram information.
Find:
`Id: 123456789`
Copy this **numeric User ID**.
⚠️ Do not enter your Telegram username. Enter the numeric **Id** only.

### STEP 4 — Enter the Information in EA Inputs
Open the EA → **Inputs**.
Enter:
**Telegram Bot Token**
→ Paste the token from **@BotFather**
**Telegram User ID**
→ Enter the numeric ID from **@userinfobot**
Then, in MetaTrader 5:
**Tools → Options → Expert Advisors**
Enable:
**Allow WebRequest for listed URL**
Add:
`https://api.telegram.org`
Press **OK**.
### ✅ Done!
Your EA is now ready to send Telegram notifications.
🔐 **Security:** Never share your Bot Token publicly. If your token is exposed, generate a new one through **@BotFather**.
