Overview
TMA Volume Matrix is an advanced scalping Expert Advisor specifically designed to trade XAUUSD on low timeframes (M5 and M10). It intelligently combines a Triangular Moving Average (TMA) with ATR bands, a strong volume filter, and a limited grid pending order system to capture rapid gold movements with excellent risk control.
Its philosophy is clear: trade only in the direction of the trend according to the TMA, confirmed by above-average volume, and place pending orders at a controlled distance (Delta) to capitalize on impulses without aggressively entering the market.
Key Strategy Components
TMA (Triangular Moving Average) Filter
Triangular moving average with bands based on ATR.
Allows buying only above the TMA and within the upper band.
Allows selling only below the TMA and within the lower band.
Avoids trading in overextended areas.
Intelligent Volume Filter
Requires current volume to be above average (adjustable with Volume_Multiplier).
Ensures trading only occurs when there is genuine market interest (strong impulses).
Controlled Grid System
Places Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders at Delta distances (3.0 pips recommended).
Maximum distance from the current price: MaxDistance (15.0 pips by default).
Maximum number of pending orders (MaxPendingOrders = 5).
