Да. Так. Виртуальный терминал работает. Вам нужно, для проверок, выводить больше информации об результатах отсылки ордеров. Только так Вы сможете обнаружить ошибки в Вашем коде.

Я копировал с открытыми ордерами может это причина не закрытия .

Всё зависит только от логики работы Вашего кода: методов сопровождения уже открытых позиций, опознания свой/чужой и т.п.

Это значит, что код не нагружает ядро процессора (вероятно вся тяжёлая математика сделана по приходу нового бара, а не на каждом тике).
