Liquidity DNA

Liquidity DNA shows where large buy and sell orders are most likely waiting on your chart, and turns this into a clear trade plan: where to buy or sell, where to place the stop loss, and where to take profit, with the distance in pips for each level.

It is made for manual traders who want to see the important price areas without studying complicated tools. Green boxes mark areas where buyers started strong moves before. Red boxes mark areas where sellers did. These zones are built on closed candles only, so they stay in place and do not repaint while price moves.

Next to the last candle, the indicator draws the nearest trade plan as a simple ruler: the limit entry at the zone, the stop loss just beyond it, and two take profit levels, each labelled with its price and its distance in pips. When a candle enters a zone and closes back out of it, a BUY or SELL arrow appears and the ruler shows the live trade.

Before a signal is shown, it is checked by learning models that run inside the indicator. They study past zone touches on your own chart and vote on the new setup. The panel shows how often these checks were right on setups they had not seen before, and the real result of past signals in pips, so you can judge the indicator on facts.

A heatmap view shows liquidity over time in the style of professional order book tools, with the price line and a buying versus selling pressure line. If your broker provides real market depth, the heatmap uses it. If not, the indicator detects this and shows estimated liquidity, clearly labelled.

Alerts are limited to new signals and their results. Signal, entry, stop loss and take profit values are also available to Expert Advisors.

How to use Liquidity DNA

GETTING STARTED

Attach Liquidity DNA to any chart. The panel appears in the top left corner. On the first start the indicator reads the chart history and recent ticks, so give it a minute. While it works, the panel says "Preparing zones and learning from history". It works on any symbol and timeframe. Zones and signals read best from M5 to H1.

THE THREE VIEWS

The buttons at the top of the panel switch between three views. The setting "Start view" chooses which one opens first.

• SIMPLE is the everyday view: candles, buy and sell zones, and the trade plan.
• PRO keeps the same clean chart and adds detailed sections to the panel.
• HEATMAP hides the candles and shows liquidity over time with a white price line.

READING THE CHART

A green box is a BUY ZONE. Buyers started a strong rise from there before, and their remaining orders often defend it again. A red box is a SELL ZONE, where sellers started a strong fall. Each zone stays in place until a candle closes through it, and then it is removed.

The trade ruler next to the last candle shows the nearest plan:

• The gold line is the entry: BUY LIMIT or SELL LIMIT.
• The red part ends at the stop loss, labelled with the loss in pips.
• The green part shows TP1 and TP2, labelled with the profit in pips.
• The reward to risk ratio is written between the entry and the stop loss.

When a signal is active, the ruler shows BUY NOW or SELL NOW instead.

HOW TO TRADE A PLAN

There are two ways to use a plan.

• Wait for confirmation. A BUY or SELL arrow appears when a candle enters a zone and closes back out of it, with room to the next zone and a positive check from the learning models. Enter at the price on the arrow and use the stop loss and targets on the ruler.
• Place a limit order. Put a buy limit or sell limit at the entry of the plan, with the stop loss and targets shown. You get a better price, but you do not wait for the reaction at the zone.

A simple way to manage the trade: close half at TP1, move the stop loss to the entry price, and let the rest run to TP2. Always size the position so that the stop loss distance is a risk you accept.

THE PANEL

The first line shows the current state: BUY SIGNAL, SELL SIGNAL or WAIT FOR PRICE. With a signal, the panel lists the entry, stop loss, TP1 and TP2 with pips, the reward to risk ratio, and the result of the learning check. Without a signal, it lists the buy limit and sell limit plans with their stop loss and targets in pips.

• ZONES lists the nearest zones above and below the current price.
• Trend shows the direction of the 50-candle average.
• Signal record shows how many signals finished, how many won, and the total result in pips.
• AI (3 models) shows how often the models were right on setups they had not seen yet. Until 30 past setups are available it says learning, and signals are filtered by the rules only.

THE LEARNING CHECK

Three small models run inside the indicator: a neural network, a statistical model, and a model that looks at the most similar past setups. They learn from past zone touches on your chart, up to 1500 candles back. A new signal is shown only when at least two of them agree and the average chance is above the setting "AI verification: minimum success probability". Everything runs on your computer. No internet connection or outside service is used.

THE HEATMAP VIEW

Bright lines show prices where large orders most likely wait; brighter means more orders. The white line is the price. Green and red bubbles mark moments where large buyers or sellers acted. The lower pane shows buying versus selling pressure: a rising line means buyers are stronger. The bars at the right edge show the current liquidity above and below the price.

Many brokers do not provide real market depth for gold and forex. The indicator checks this. When the depth is missing or not real, the heatmap shows estimated liquidity, and a line at the bottom of the chart says so. If your broker offers a futures contract with real depth, enter its name in the setting "Order book from another symbol". The heatmap then records the real order book. It builds up over time and is saved between restarts.

PIPS

Pip size is chosen automatically: 0.1 for gold, 10 points for five and three digit forex symbols, and 1.0 for crypto. For other symbols, or if you count pips differently, use the setting "Pip size in price".

MAIN SETTINGS

• Start view: the view that opens first.
• Text and panel size: makes all text larger or smaller.
• Space right of the candles: room for the trade ruler and labels.
• BUY / SELL signals with entry, stop loss and take profits: turns signals and plans on or off.
• Minimum reward:risk to first target for a signal: a signal needs at least this much room to the next zone.
• AI verification: minimum success probability: raise it for fewer and stricter signals.
• TP1 distance in stop-loss units: 1.0 places TP1 as far as the stop loss, which is reached more often. 0 places TP1 at the next zone for larger targets.
• Candles used to find zones and to train the filter: more candles give the models more examples.
• Liquidity heatmap behind the candles: a faint heatmap in the Simple view.
• Advanced chart layers: extra analysis on the chart for experienced users. Leave it off for a clean chart.
• Order book from another symbol: see the heatmap section.

The settings under "Expert settings (leave at default)" are for advanced users.

ALERTS

The setting "How many alerts" chooses between Off, Key moments only, and All evidence. Key moments include new signals and when a signal reaches a target or its stop loss.

FOR EXPERT ADVISORS

Buffer 7 is the signal (1 buy, -1 sell), buffer 8 the entry, buffer 9 the stop loss, buffer 10 take profit 1, and buffer 11 take profit 2. The values appear on the candle where the signal was given. Signals are given on closed candles and do not repaint.

STRATEGY TESTER

Use the mode "Every tick based on real ticks" so the heatmap and the tick analysis work. The zones need at least 80 candles of history.

QUESTIONS

Why is there no signal for a long time? A signal needs a reaction at a zone, room to the next zone, and agreement of the models. Waiting is part of the method.

Why does the heatmap say estimated? Your broker does not send real market depth for this symbol.

Why does the panel say learning? There are fewer than 30 past setups. Use a lower timeframe, or more candles in the settings.
