VPro Risk Tool
VPro Risk Tool is a clean MetaTrader 5 indicator for risk planning, lot-size calculation and trade setup preparation directly on the chart.
The tool helps a trader estimate position size before placing an order, based on the selected risk mode, account data, current symbol specifications, Entry price and Stop Loss distance.
It is designed to stay quiet on the chart: only the key risk information, trade side, order type, Entry, Stop Loss, optional Take Profit, lot size and warning state are shown.
VPro Risk Tool does not open trades, does not send orders, does not provide trading signals and does not predict market results. It is a risk planning utility, not an automated trading system.

Input parameters:
- Risk Basis — selects how the risk amount is calculated: Balance %, Equity % or Fixed Money.
- Risk Value — risk value used by the selected risk basis.
- Trade Side — trade direction mode. Auto mode resolves BUY or SELL from Entry and Stop Loss geometry.
- Entry Mode — selects Market Entry or Pending Order mode.
- Use Risk Lines — enables Entry / Stop Loss risk planning lines on the chart.
- Use Take Profit Line — enables the optional Take Profit line and R:R calculation.
- Show Dashboard — shows or hides the compact dashboard.
- Font Size — dashboard text size.
- X Offset — horizontal dashboard position.
- Y Offset — vertical dashboard position.
- Row Spacing — dashboard row spacing.
- Dashboard Colors — colors for main text, OK status, warning state and no-calculation state.
- Trade Colors — colors for BUY / SELL market and pending-order states.
- Entry / SL / TP Lines — colors for Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit lines.
- Guard Mode — optional extra risk guard mode.
- Guard Limit % — risk guard threshold.
- Block When Guard Exceeded — controls whether calculation is blocked when the guard is exceeded.
- Clean Dashboard on Start — clears old dashboard objects when the indicator starts.
- Reset Lines on Start — resets risk lines when the indicator starts.
- Update Throttle, ms — dashboard and object update throttle in milliseconds.
Known limitation:
One active VPro Risk Tool copy per chart is supported. Multiple active copies on the same chart are not a supported mode because the indicator uses fixed owned object names for Entry, Stop Loss, Take Profit and dashboard rows. If multiple copies are needed, use separate charts.
Important note:
Always verify final order parameters in your trading platform before placing a trade. Broker contract specifications, spread, execution conditions, commissions and account currency conversion may affect real trading results.
