JONUX Session CVD — The Forex CVD
See who's winning the session before the candle tells you.
The simple version:
A standard candlestick chart shows you what price did. It doesn't show you whether buyers or sellers were dominant getting there. Session Delta fills that gap — it's a single line that rises when buying pressure is accumulating across the session, and falls when selling pressure dominates. When that line and price disagree, something usually has to give.
What it is technically:
Session Delta is the Forex equivalent of Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) — a concept widely used in futures trading. Because Forex has no centralised order book, Session Delta reconstructs directional pressure using the same Vector Pressure Engine as JONUX Orderflow-V: price displacement within the candle range, weighted by relative tick volume intensity.
- Daily — resets at midnight, full day accumulation

- New York — 12:00–21:00 UTC
- Asian — 22:00–08:00 UTC

Most traders will use Daily and that works perfectly. But the session-specific modes give you something more precise: a line that starts at zero when that session opens, showing only what London participants — or New York participants — have built during their active hours.
Practical example: Daily Delta looks mildly bullish at 12:00 UTC. London-only Delta is massively bullish. That's a very different signal — it tells you London buyers were dominant all morning before New York even opened. Outside the active session the panel shows "OUT OF SESSION" and accumulation pauses — no false buildup from thin overnight ticks.
