🔑 What You See at a Glance
The indicator automatically identifies and marks:
- Point of Control (POC) — The price where the market spent the most time. Think of it as the session's centre of gravity. Price tends to return here, often repeatedly.
- Value Area (VAH & VAL) — The zone containing 70% of the session's activity. Inside = fair value. Outside = the market is exploring — and may not stay.
- Single Prints / Fair Value Gaps — Fast-move zones where the market left unfinished business. Similar to FVGs in SMC/ICT analysis. These gaps attract price.
- Initial Balance (IBH & IBL) — The high and low of the first trading hour. Break above = potential trend day up. Stay inside = range day expected.

Imagine the market is looking for a "fair price" every day. Too high — sellers step in. Too low — buyers step in. The POC is where everyone agreed the price was fair. The Value Area is the neighbourhood around it.

The 80% Rule — When price breaks outside the Value Area but closes back inside, research in Auction Market Theory suggests approximately 80% of the time it will traverse the entire Value Area to test the opposite boundary. The POC is the natural first target along the way.
