AlgoTrade News Impact Statistics shows how your closed trades performed around economic news. It runs on any chart and reads account data only.

What it shows

Trades opened near news: an event of the symbol's currencies within 30 minutes before or after entry (1 to 240 minutes).
Trades held through news: an event occurring later while the trade was open.
Trades away from news.
For each group: the number of trades, the share of winning trades, the net result, and the average trade.
The net result of all news trades and their proportion among your trades.
The three calendar events with the largest net loss among the trades they encountered.
All symbols or the chart symbol only, for the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all history, with one click.

How a trade is counted

A trade is a closed position: its price result, swap, commission, and fees are counted upon closure. Partial closes count as one trade.
Events come from the MetaTrader economic calendar: high importance, or high and medium importance, with an exact time.
The currencies are those of each trade's symbol, for example EUR and USD for EURUSD, and USD for XAUUSD.
An optional magic number displays trades from a single Expert Advisor, or 0 for manual trades only.

How to use

Attach the indicator to any chart. It can run alongside an Expert Advisor on the same chart.
Click the tabs at the top of the panel. Click "Fold" to collapse it into a single line on the chart, or "Open" to display the full panel.

Inputs: symbols shown first, magic number, period shown first, minutes near the news, events counted, broker server clock, panel corner.

This indicator reads account data only and does not open, modify, or close trades.
The calendar comes with the trade server connection. Times are in server time. Past event times are adjusted when the server clock moves with US summer time; set the broker server clock input if your broker differs.
Trades with opening deals older than the terminal account history are not counted.
