Trade History Analyzer MT5
Trade History Analyzer MT5 is a read-only account analytics and trade-history utility for MetaTrader 5.
It transforms your trading history, open positions and account data into a full-screen analytical dashboard, helping you understand performance, drawdown, trading behaviour, strategy results, symbol exposure and risk without exporting data to spreadsheets or external software.
The utility does not place, modify or close trades.
It can be used with discretionary trading, Expert Advisors, multiple Magic Numbers, multi-symbol accounts and prop-trading accounts.
A complete setup and user guide for Trade History Analyzer MT5 is available here:

Position direction

-
Open price
-

-
Take Profit
-
Symbol exposure
-
Account margin information
This allows historical analytics and current exposure to be reviewed from the same interface.
Standard Account and Prop Account ModesTrade History Analyzer can operate in two account modes.
Standard Account
Standard Account mode provides the complete general analytics workspace without prop-specific controls.
It is suitable for:
-
Personal trading accounts
-
Algorithmic trading accounts
-
Portfolio monitoring
-
Strategy analysis
-
Manual trading journals
-
Multi-EA accounts
Prop Account
Prop Account mode adds a dedicated Prop Dashboard while retaining the normal performance, trading-pattern, breakdown and trade-history screens.
The prop system is configurable because proprietary trading programmes may use different calculation methods and limits.
The trader can configure the rules applying to the account rather than relying on a fixed firm-name preset.
Prop Dashboard
The Prop Dashboard provides account-wide monitoring of configured trading limits.
It can display:
-
Remaining daily-loss headroom
-
Remaining overall-loss headroom
-
Current equity thresholds
-
Time until daily reset
-
Profit-target progress
-
Required trading days
-
Consistency-rule progress
-
Estimated open-position stop risk
-
Monitoring status
-
Prop-rule events
-
Funded-account payout information
Prop calculations use the whole trading account and are not reduced by Symbol, Magic Number or Comment filters used elsewhere in the analytics interface.
Drawdown Models
Configurable drawdown models include:
-
Fixed loss limit
-
End-of-day trailing drawdown
-
Intraday trailing drawdown
This allows the dashboard to represent different programme structures.
Daily Reset Monitoring
Configure the applicable daily reset rules and timezone.
The dashboard can display the remaining time until the next reset and provide an estimate of the account's position after reset using the currently available account information.
Challenge Progress
Track configured challenge requirements including:
-
Starting capital
-
Profit target
-
Realised profit
-
Remaining target
-
Qualifying trading days
-
Challenge start date
Profit-target tracking can be kept separate from floating open-position profit.
Consistency Tracking
For programmes using consistency requirements, the utility can analyse the contribution of the strongest trading day and display progress against the configured rule.
Open-Position Risk
The Prop Dashboard can estimate additional loss to existing Stop Loss levels and highlight positions without a Stop Loss.
This information can then be viewed alongside remaining daily and overall loss headroom.
Stop-loss exposure is an estimate only. Actual execution may differ because of spread, gaps, slippage and market conditions.
Prop Event History
Important monitored events can be recorded with timestamps, including configured rule changes and observed threshold events.
Prop settings and monitoring information are stored separately for each trading account and broker server.
Full-Screen InterfaceTrade History Analyzer uses a custom on-chart interface designed as an analytical terminal rather than a collection of small MT5 labels.
Features include:
-
Full-screen dashboard
-
Dark interface
-
Dedicated Settings screen
-
Expandable analytical panels
-
Scrollable tables
-
Sortable columns
-
On-screen filters
-
Search controls
-
Detailed tooltips
-
Persistent configuration
Changing the chart timeframe does not require the user to configure the utility again. The interface restores the relevant working state after MT5 performs the chart refresh.
FilteringOn-screen filters allow the same account history to be investigated from different perspectives.
Filter by:
-
Symbol
-
Magic Number / trading source
-
Entry comment
-
Trade direction
-
Time period
Multiple selections and text-search functions allow large histories containing many symbols and strategies to be analysed efficiently.
Filtering analytical views does not alter the underlying trading account.
Designed for Multi-Strategy AccountsTrade History Analyzer is particularly useful where a single MT5 account contains:
-
Multiple Expert Advisors
-
Several Magic Numbers
-
Manual and automated trades
-
Multiple symbols
-
Different strategy families
Instead of reviewing the entire history as one combined result, the trader can isolate the parts of the account they want to investigate.
Persistent SettingsUser configuration is retained between sessions.
Configuration is separated using the trading account and broker server so that different MT5 accounts can maintain their own settings.
The account can be switched between Standard Account and Prop Account from the Settings screen.
Read-Only OperationTrade History Analyzer is an analytics utility.
It does not:
-
Open trades
-
Close trades
-
Modify positions
-
Change Stop Loss
-
Change Take Profit
-
Manage lot sizes
-
Perform automated trading
This allows it to analyse an account without taking control of trade execution.
Important NotesTrade History Analyzer analyses the information available from MetaTrader 5.
Historical closed trades cannot prove that an intraday equity threshold was never exceeded while the terminal was offline. Where continuous monitoring is relevant, the utility may indicate monitoring gaps rather than assuming that no breach occurred.
Prop-trading companies can change their programme rules. Users are responsible for entering and confirming the rules applicable to their own account.
Prop Dashboard calculations, reset previews, stop-risk calculations and payout information are analytical estimates and should not be considered a replacement for the official rules or records supplied by the relevant trading provider.
Historical trading performance does not guarantee future results.
