FX Monitor EA is a free utility that turns your raw MetaTrader account into a fully analyzed, monitored trading record. It reads your account's trading data — balance, equity, open positions, and closed trade history — and sends it securely over HTTPS to your FX Monitor account (fx-monitor.com), where it becomes the foundation for deep performance analytics.

Once connected, you can monitor all your accounts online from any device and dig into your trading the way professionals do: profit factor, Sharpe and Sortino ratios, drawdown profiles, win rate, expectancy, monthly and yearly returns, per-EA breakdowns, and much more. The platform's AI tools go a step further — reviewing your trades, surfacing what may be hurting your results, and journaling every closed position automatically. In short, this EA is the bridge between your terminal and a complete analytical picture of how you actually trade.

Installation & Setup

Create a free FX Monitor account. Go to fx-monitor.com and register — it's free.
Get your API key. In the FX Monitor portal, open Profile → API key and copy your personal connection key.
Allow WebRequest in the terminal. In MetaTrader, open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors. Enable "Allow WebRequest for listed URL" and add the FX Monitor URL to the list: https: // fx-monitor . com (remove spaces). Click OK.
Attach the EA to a chart. Drag FX Monitor EA onto any chart of the connected account. In the input parameters, paste your API key. Make sure "Allow Algo Trading" is enabled so the EA can run.
Done. The account will appear in your FX Monitor dashboard, and data will begin updating automatically. You can attach the EA to other accounts the same way to monitor several accounts at once.

Privacy

The EA transmits only your trading account data, and only to the FX Monitor servers associated with the API key you enter. No data is sent anywhere without a valid API key configured by you. You control which accounts are connected at all times.
