RangeMoveLine – MT5 Indicator

RangeMoveLine is a simple price-action based MT5 indicator designed to track meaningful price movement while filtering out small market fluctuations.

The indicator monitors the opening price of each selected timeframe candle and maintains an anchor level. When the price remains within the defined range, the line stays flat. When a candle open moves beyond the selected range, the RangeMoveLine immediately jumps to the new price level.

How It Works

For example, if the anchor is 4050 and the Range is 10 points:

• Open = 4055 → No movement

• Open = 4059 → No movement

• Open = 4061 → Line jumps to 4061

• Open = 4065 → Line stays at 4061

• Open = 4049 → Line stays at 4061

• Open = 4050 → Line stays at 4061

• Open = 4050 − 10 → If the price breaks below the lower threshold, the line jumps down to that new open.

This creates a step-like price structure that focuses on meaningful movements instead of every small price change.
